Our home is located in beautiful Oceanside Village, a gated community with 24 hour security, private beach access and private beach parking. There are bathrooms and outdoor showers at the beach. Just around the corner Is the heated, indoor, glass-enclosed pool. Both the indoor and the 2 outdoor pools are spacious and are surrounded by beautiful patios. Each has a kiddie pool as well.
The Conch Cafe is located on the beach and is a full service indoor/outdoor restaurant and bar. In the village there is a play ground, basketball courts, lighted tennis courts, a volleyball court and several stocked fishing lakes. (no license required)
Our beach home is situated on a quiet street, the front overlooks Melody pond.
Four TV'S total, one in living room and in each of the three bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, blender and all utensils for cooking. There is an outdoor gas grill, however we cannot guarantee propane is full. The laundry room is equip with a full size washer and dryer for your use. Sheets, towels and beach towels are provided.

Family beach weekend

Kathleen was very quick to respond, kind and very helpful. The house was perfect for a weekend and very clean. The beach and pool were a short golf cart ride away. My only recommendation would be cleaned/updated couches. We had a wonderful time and appreciate you sharing your home with us. Thank you!

Very nice property

Rental was clean and everything was exactly as stated. Location was awesome across the street from a pond. My son loved being able to go fishing almost out the front door. Had a question mid week and the owner responded quickly. Would definitely rent this property again.

Clean, family friendly rental in a great neighborhood

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay. The home was clean and as the listing described if not better. It was my husband and I with 4 kids ages 10 months - 10 years and this house was perfect for us. Size was great and the house conveniently had a few toys and books for the younger ones. All the kitchen appliances and towels we needed. Beds were comfortable. We absolutely loved the golf cart and being able to use it to get to the beach, conch cafe in the beach and the pool. My husband and our kids also loved just cruising around the neighborhood in the golf cart. Pool areas were fun for all ages, and our 3 year old’s favorite activity was fishing at the pond! At the house was also a fishing pole, beach chairs, some beach toys and a beach umbrella. The owner was also easy to get a hold of before and after our trip and responded quickly to any questions we had. We definitely are planning to rent again!

Our family lives in Beacon Falls Connecticut. We love spending time at our Oceanside Village beach home in beautiful Surfside Beach, South Carolina. We also enjoy meeting and talking with our many wonderful renters!

Why they chose this property

Our beach home is clean, comfortable and spacious. It's in a great location in Oceanside Village, on a quiet cul de sac, close to the beach and the indoor heated pool. The yard is perfect for relaxing, fishing in the pond and watching the turtles, swans and other birds in the pond. We strive to provide a place where you and your family will enjoy a memorable stay.

Fish right out your front door. No fishing license needed. Relax under the big tree at the pond or just watch the beautiful swans and ducks from the 4 season porch or from the yard.
