Two story apartment, one upstairs bedroom with queen bed or two single beds and one single bed. Exposed timber beams, hardwood floors, tiled open plan living room with pull out sofa bed and dining room with vaulted ceiling, fully equipped kitchen.

Nestled in the heart of the pristine Southern Bohemian forest, our house invites you to enjoy the area’s lush natural surroundings from well-appointed accommodation only 7km from the UNESCO world heritage town of Český Krumlov and 14 km from beautiful Lake Lipno. Here you will find the surroundings perfect for mountain biking, hiking, canoeing, rafting, horse riding and skiing.

Set within a tastefully renovated 18th century estate that functioned as a mill and blacksmith forge until the 1940’s, the house offers three fully self-contained apartments, outdoor entertaining areas, and a creek-side barbecue.

Ideally situated to take advantage of the surrounding forest’s peace and tranquility, or indulge in the many cultural activities of the region, there is definitely something for everyone.

Tolle Unterkunft in schöner Lage

Wir verbrachten eine tolle Woche in der wunderschön eingerichteten Ferienwohnung in ruhiger und idyllischer Umgebung. Auf dem Hof gibt es einen Pool zum Abkühlen und verschiedenen Angebote wie Tischtennisplatte usw, die wir oft genutzt haben. Petra ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und diskret. Vielen Dank Petra. Nach Cesky Krumlov ist es nur 7 km mit dem Auto und ein tolles Ausflugsziel. Wir können die Ferienwohnung ohne Einschränkungen sehr empfehlen. Aufenthalt 6 Nächte August 2023

Fijne, redelijk grote woning en is met warme dagen lekker koel. Petra is lieve en uitstekende hostess en staat meteen klaar bij eventuele problemen. Dit grote familie boerderijen complex ligt in een mooie omgeving en vlakbij het prachtige stadje Krumlov.

Ein Paradies, nicht nur für Kinder

Eine alte Hammerschmiede, iebevoll mit viel Holz restauriert und modernisiert, ruhig gelegen in einem grünen Tal mit viel Natur. Zwei Pferde, Katzen, ein Hund, Ziegen, Hühner und Gänse leben auf dem Hof, dazu viele tolle natürliche Spielmöglichkeiten (Bach , Pool, Baumhaus,) machen den Aufenthalt für Kinder zu einem echten Erlebnis! Petra ist die sehr sympathische gute Seele des Ganzen und sorgt dafür, dass keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

Het appartement is netjes en sfeervol. Het appartement is erg karakteristiek waardoor je er gelijk thuis voelt. De foto's kloppen met wat je krijgt. Ook de Gastvrouw Petra is erg vriendelijk. De omgeving is prachtig het licht midden in de natuur. En 7 kilometer van het prachtige stadje Cesky Krumlov. Ook het Lipno meer is een bezoek waard. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad, echt een aanrader.

Een hele fijne plek

Petra is heel aardig, de omgeving heel mooi, het huisje van alle gemakken voorzien en als de zon geschenen had, had je heerlijk in de tuin kunnen zitten. Cesky Krumlov is vlakbij maar je zit toch midden in de natuur. Een aanrader!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in der Natur

Die Wohnung ist sehr wertig eingerichtet und genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und beschrieben. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zugleich zurückhaltend, alles da was man braucht. Von Katze, Hund, Hühnern, Ziegen und Ponys ist alles auf dem Hof anzutreffen, schön gelegen an nen kleinen Flüsschen. Spaziergang ins Dorf oder auch ins nächste Städchen sind gut möglich, in die Große Stadt kommt man bequem mit dem Bus. Sehr schon zum abschalten und im Grünen erholen.

Beautiful and peaceful

The place is located in a small village, if you are an adventurous person, you can walk from there and enjoy the bohemian region landscape. If not, renting a car or taking the public transportation are good options. The apartment is really clean and functional, it makes me feel like home.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage, mit sehr netter Vermieterin

Sehr ruhig, in herrlicher Natur gelegener Hof einer ehemaligen Mühle-schmiede. Mit Liebe in unterschiedlichen Größen ausgebaute Ferienwohnungen . Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und ums Wohl Ihrer Gäste sehr bemüht. In der sehr schönen Region kann man viel Unternehmen oder einfach den Aufenthalt genießen. Vielen Dank nochmals an Petra.

Ein wunderbarer Ort

Es war eine wunderschöne Woche in Novosedly bei Petra. Ein paradiesischer Ort, so viel Ruhe und pure Natur. Die idyllische Lage und die sympathische Gestaltung der Unterkunft und des ganzen Anwesens sorgen für absolutes Wohlfühlambiente. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
