Minimum age of primary renter:
- Please turn off aircon, fan and all electricals when you go out. Please use cutting boards provided and don't cut anything on the kitchen bench tops.
- Please hang wet towels on back of bathroom door hooks, please no wet clothes / towels on the bed or lounge. No pets on the bed/lounge please.
- Please don't lose keys or Swipe card, these are $100 each and will need to be deducted from the damage deposit, locksmith fees also if lost.
Bondi Beach is a quick 30 minute Bus Ride to the CBD, and easily accessible to an abundance of sightseeing places. The unit is within walking distance of Tamarama,Bronte, Clovelly, Gordons Bay and Coogee...all via the spectacular Coastal walk which starts right next door.

This property is so special as you cannot get any closer to Bondi Beach.The beach is literally the backyard, there are two lovely parks next door, and there is so much to do in Bondi itself.Fabulous restaurants, cafes and shops.The location is perfect if you want a beach getaway, with easy access into the CBD via regular Public Transport. Buses run every 10 mins to Bondi Junction, an amazing shopping mecca, and the CBD. Bondi Beach has a wonderful vibrant community with so much to offer and so many nooks and crannies to explore. Guests will have everything they need close by as the unit is situated on Campbell Parade, the main strip that runs through Bondi Beach.Everything is within walking distance. Another wonderful bonus is that the apartment is 50 metres to the start of the magnificent Bondi to Bronte Coastal walk.
