The Potter Cottage is a 1600 square foot home that was completely renovated in 2019 and sits on 4.6 acres. Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a tile shower are just a few of the amazing features of this home! A 50 inch television in the family room and three additional 40 inch television in the all three bedrooms add to the amenities. The home has three bedrooms, two full baths and an additional shower in the basement, the basement also has a game area and queen murphy bed to accommodate the entire family! A tankless water heater adds to the amenities (never run out of hot water)! It offers beautiful views overlooking the lake. Enjoy fishing and the beautiful views! The home has two decks to enjoy the rustic feel of this property.
Serene sunsets can be viewed from the decks. The large shade trees are perfect for picnics. The home is suitable for single families or groups. A two car garage is included in rental.

After a day at Holiday World, hiking, antiquing, or sightseeing The Potter Cottage is a peaceful place to relax. Children and adults alike will enjoy. A stay at the property will be a memory no one will soon forget.

Great location for the eclipse!

The family always spends Christmas at my house for Christmas, I wanted to try something different for a change, This home was as advertised, Clean, and plenty of room for everyone, i wanted to make some memories for my family especially my grandchildren, we all had such a great time! Family Christmas Trip

We just left the Potter Cottage and had a perfect weekend for our annual family Christmas trip. The house was amazing, one of the cleanest we’ve been in, and had everything we needed! We spent the weekend fishing, playing games, and just relaxing and spending time with family which was exactly what we intended to do! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Exceptional!

This place is wonderful! It was very clean, had a great layout, had a covered porch, as well as an open porch, large pond, even a garage you could park in, and even tetherball, which brought back such great childhood memories! Sitting on the back deck, having a glass of wine and looking out at the picturesque surroundings was perfect after a long day! I would definitely give this a 5+ star review.!

A front porch and back porch allow for plenty of room to enjoy the serene views of this property. Granite counter tops in the kitchen along with stainless steel appliances. The first floor bathroom has a beautiful tile shower. Tankless water heater allows hot showers for everyone!! The basement boasts a game area and extra sleeping area. Enjoy fishing in the lake as well as views of wildlife (lots of deer in the surrounding woods)!
