Yulunga 20 with amazing views

2-level 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home on the canal with magnificent water views. Fantastic living spaces inside and out, with a pool and a pontoon! The home is conveniently located within walking distance to Mooloolaba Beach, shops, convenience stores, and restaurants, and close to Parklands, and the Bowls Club!

Multiple living areas with a separate lounge that features a pool table and bar, Wifi, Air conditioning in the upstairs hallway and games room, and ceiling fans.
The canal front is fully fenced for children's safety.
A King Bed, a Queen Bed, a Double/Single Bunk (double on bottom and single on top), and 2 Single Beds to accommodate up to 9 guests.
Outdoors, there is a pool, BBQ, and exclusive 6-metre pontoon for guests to keep a boat or skis for fun in the sun. Please notify us if you are bringing a boat.

Driveway parking for 2 vehicles. Please note there is no access to the garage.
You may also hire beach towels directly from G1 Holidays.

Please note that this property has a strict no function/party policy and does not accept schoolies/school leavers bookings.

perfect holiday retreat for families!

Great location for an all rounder relaxation. Kids and adults enjoyed the pool,the pool table, fishing off the pontoon and the easy feeling you get every afternoon whilts eating and sharing laughs and food around the barbecue area, overlooking at the picturesque skyline of moloolaba. Yulunga place, youre the best.Mums enjoyed the walks to the shops, Dads played golf at Buderim, the kids kayak and didnt want their holidays to end.

Location great

Location of this property is great. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children. House was not overly clean. Kitchen items like plates, utensils and cooking ware. Place needed dustying. Spoke with management and they were fantastic; replaced broken kettle and drop off mop and bucket as none in the house. Overall, our stay was good and we would stay again

Now what we expected

The property was clean and located within walking distance of downtown. The house is outdated. It’s an electric uniquely decorated home. Some updates would really help. The pool is very nice. The place is well gated to keep little ones away from the river.

Excellent stay

We were apprehensive of using g1 properties after the negative reviews online but we had a great experience. Key collection and drop off was easy and the property was clean and better than we expected. The house was awesome, the living and kitchen area was huge and the deck outside was perfect for relaxing and big family dinner and drinks. Pool was fully enclosed so ok to have the kids running around. Furnishings and equipment was decent, not just cheap stuff. Only downside would be the master is huge and the other bedrooms much smaller in comparison but we had 8 adults and three babies and it wasn't too crowded. Plus it's a good 20-30 min walk to town but we knew that before we booked and used taxis sometimes to save on walking. Definitely recommend this property for big families needing space.
