An award winning private holiday house that lets you all stay together (even your dog/s) in luxury all under one roof.

Once you are inside the front gate you have your own private fully air-conditioned resort complete with sea views and hinterland vistas where you can have fun in the heated tropical pool, relax and unwind in the 10 person heated outdoor spa, kick back while watching a movie on the big screen in the cinema room on an authentic cinema chair.

Do note this house is in a residential area and noise outside after 8pm is not allowed and we expect sliding doors to be closed to avoid noise carrying. We ask you to respect our neighbours at all times, only park on our property and do not book if you are planning loud music, heavy drinking, partying, this is NOT the house for that.

Only one street back from the famous wide and sandy Peregian Beach where you can take a long stroll or swim safely between the lifeguard patrolled flags. Walk in the opposite direction (gate entrances 38 to 47) and you find yourself on the leash free dog beach where your best friend can run free. It's the absolute best of both worlds.

The private oasis sprawls out over three levels of absolute luxury. Containing 6 bedrooms in total and four bedrooms can be configured to either 1 king bed or two singles. Downstairs rooms have a king bed and a single bed so you have options for sleeping. There are 8 smart tvs in all.

You won't need to fight over the main bedroom either as the top two floor bedrooms and ensuites are identical and even include private balconies. With a total of 5 bathrooms there really is room for everyone. For the little ones we have 2 port-a-cots, 2 high chairs, security gate for the stairs.

All linen, towels and soaps are included and our gourmet kitchen is stocked with all the cooking equipment necessary including a large array of utensils and kitchen knick knacks.

Every mod con you could ever need is here including NBN ultra fast broadband internet, DVD movies, book library, board games, Nespresso coffee machine (pods supplied), washer and dryer, second kitchen on lower level, BBQ, decks with outdoor settings, outdoor shower, 2 car garage with off street parking for four more cars.

Peregian Holiday House private resort is an award winning pet friendly accommodation destination. It's the ideal location for your extended family holiday, golf trip away, friends get together BUT please note it is NOT available for parties or events of any sort. It is in a residential area and noise is not permitted after 10pm.

This house is strictly non-smoking, no commercial functions or parties and not available for end of school year celebrations. No noise after 10pm and no parking outside of property.
