Overall we had a nice stay. The house could use a few upgrades, one of the showers had a leak so the carpet got wet when we showered. The garage door was locked and we couldn’t use it and the couch didn’t have the pullout that was listed. The host did bring us a fold out bed to use when we let them know. The pools were great and the neighborhood was quiet. I would stay again if we were back in the area.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the shower leak, garage access, and the missing pullout couch. I appreciate you bringing these concerns to my attention, and I’m glad I could provide a fold-out bed to help make your stay more comfortable. The House was not exactly what I would call clean. The kitchen floor was very tacky/sticky and there was not enough toiletries and dishwashing pods for the amount of days we stayed.Overall, we had a good stay

Great home. Clean. Rooms were just as on the site photos. Accommodated 7 of us comfortably. Any questions were answered quickly. And the nightly fireworks display from Universal across the way was an added bonus. Definitely recommend this property.

Excellent place to stay. Despite the listing showing a sleep sofa in the living room that turned out not to be there (and that I had confirmed ahead of time) we really enjoyed our stay and will likely look into returning if volleyball Nationals is held at the Orange County Convention Center again in the future.

Property had all the amenities that were listed. I would stay at this property again. One thing that stood out was that it looked like it could use some paint in areas. The walls and cabinets in the bedroom and bathroom at the top of the stairs had some marks and chips. The window on the left in this bedroom also wouldn't stay open. Other than that it was a lovely stay.

Great place for Disney and Universal

This was a great place, very spacious for a family of five. It was also very comfortable, most notably the beds. We’ve stayed at many VRBOs and this place had the most comfortable beds. If you’re looking to visit the parks, this place is the best for its location, very close to Universal, Discovery Cove and SeaWorld. Disney is a little further away, but only by 10 mins or so. Orlando airport is only a 15 min drive. I would definitely stay here again.

Weekend getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a family of 8. The townhouse was very spacious and we enjoyed it and will be booking again. But I would like to rent the deluxe 3 bedroom apartment so I don't have to climb the stairs. So can you email me pictures of the deluxe 3 bedroom apartment in the same area close to international drive please...

Close to Convention

Our stay was good, when we arrived the house was very hot, windows open etc. We got in late so that was not a comfortable night. I would recommend having the air on for the guests upon arrival. The next day we got the A/C vents figured out so the upstairs would cool. The place was clean and close to convention center. Worked out good for our crew.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Black/Gold Convention

The establishment was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed ourselves completely. Although we were charged for a chair, that I believe was already weak when we got there. The night before it broke I sat in it and the leg was wobbly, and it broke the next morning, when Xavier simple sat down to cast his vote online with me. He feel to the floor in front of me.

Fantastic, but for a few details

Great property, the leather on the living room furniture was peeling all over the place, though. Definitely time to replace. The towel rack in the downstairs bath was missing, so a few maintenance jobs are due.

3 Sisters 1st Vacation 2018

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although we range from 49 to 61, our 1st mini vacation together was a tremendous success partly due on behalf of our accommodations. This condo is the perfect spot providing 3 nice size bedrooms and private baths for each of us and our spouse. Home was clean and welcoming providing that comfortable feel unlike a typical hotel room. Price point was affordable. Property management company staff were readily accessible and professional. Will definitely refer this spot to friends and family and even another Sister Trip !
