The Historic Sobrado is the second floor of a very charming house, preserved by the Historical Patrimony, built at the beginning of the last century, 50 meters from Largo dos Guimarães, the main point of Santa Teresa, where most of the bars and restaurants are located. the only cinema in the neighborhood.
