450 square meter house, two floors, four suites (all with air conditioning), large pool, gourmet area complete with barbecue, cooktop, pizza oven (wood) and beer (450 liters). One suite with double bed, two suites with double bed and bunk bed and the fourth suite with two bunk beds. Large and complete kitchen. Toilet in the dining room and a full bathroom in the gourmet area. Wi-Fi signal, Pay TV, wine cellar and ice machine. Gated community with 24-hour security and sports court, as well as a gym, sauna and swimming pool. Close to the village (8 min walk), however isolated from the noise typical of tourist regions.
