This condo has undergone a through renovating and redecorating with new flooring, light and plumbing fixtures, countertops, tile, etc.!

Enjoy the sugar white sand and crystal clear blue Gulf from this condo at Oceania, on the third floor. This condo has 2000 square feet including 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Two of the bathrooms have double sink vanities.Enjoy your view through full floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, out to the large 40 foot tiled and covered balcony. Also included with this condo is covered parking steps away from the elevator.This condo has a 60" LCD TV and DVD in the living area, with an additional TV and DVD in each bedroom.

Tired of the crowds? You will be conveniently located right in the heart of Destin, yet able to avoid the crowds because of this private gated property and most importantly, you will have an abundance of beach area. Because of the wide area of beach that Oceania is constructed on, you will enjoy Oceania's truly private beach, being one of the largest square foot of beach per unit in Destin and only steps away.
Daily in season beach set up ( One umbrella and two chairs) is provided. Additional set ups are available for a charge.

First time in Destin!

We had a blast! The condo was beautiful, very clean, and a perfect setup for our family of five. If we head to Destin again this would be our first choice to stay!

BEAUTIFUL, clean, perfectly decorated condo! Huge balcony, comfy beds and a stunning private beach to enjoy. We were so close to multiple amazing restaurants ( The Donut Hole, Boshamps, and Macquires to new a few). This was a perfect getaway !!!

The condo was gorgeous. Beautiful decorated and the floor to ceiling window and long porch made it possible to see and interact with the beach and colorful water throughout the condo. Everything was very convenient and comfortable. We had a person with mobility challenges and this was a great place to accommodate her. Everything from the elevator, ramp access to the beach, a bar at the steps of the pool, walk in shower, comfort height toilets, bed that wasn’t too high and easy to get in and out. The living room furniture was very comfortable and offered lots of seating. The location was convenient and the beach was perfect. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Destin vacation

The condo was gorgeous. The view was incredible. Location was great. The beach was wonderful and private. Pam was great to work with and gave us great recommendations for restaurants close by. Can not say enough good things.

Great views

The condo was clean, well stocked including an ice machine. The views of the ocean were spectacular. We spent hours watching the dolphins from the patio. The beach was not crowded. Overall a great vacation.

Beautiful beach

The beach in front of this condo was so clean and well kept. We saw them rake the sand and put the chairs and umbrellas out every morning. Great week, great condo and unbeatable view from the large balcony. We will be back!

This condo was a great size for our family of 6. It was very clean and well kept. The pool was never crowded. We didn't have to rush down early to get chairs by the pool or near the beach like we have at some other condos in the past. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Destin.

Phenomenal View and Condo

The panamoramic view this condo offers is OUTSTANDING. The sunrise and sunset and view of the ocean is just perfect. The condo itself is a good size with a great layout and and decorated very classy but comfortable. Check-in was flawless. We had never been to Destin and owner was quite helpful with restaurant suggestions and we went to 3 of them and they were convenient and all excellent choices. We do plan to come back in the future.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had an amazing week at Oceania! The condo is beautiful and the view from the balcony is second to none! The complex was super quiet & small so it is easy to quickly access heated pool and the beach. Loved the convenience of having chairs & umbrella on the beach - we could easily move our family (including little ones) from one area to another! So much room in the condo, great layout and well equipped. Would highly recommend!

Perfect family getaway

Pam proactively reached out as soon as we booked her beautiful beachfront getaway. From the moment we walked in, we knew that this was going to be the perfect get away for our family to spend Spring Break. The unit is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and has everything a family needs to cook meals. The view is spectacular and waking up in the master bedroom is a real treat as we watched the sunrise each day. We loved the beach and pool and how easy they were to access and it felt so private. We highly recommend this spot and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! One helpful hint is to remember beach towels but other than that it was perfect.

Family Spring Break

We really enjoyed our stay in Destin. The view was spectacular. The place was quiet and not overrun with people. The beach was private to people staying or living there. The beach attendant was very helpful. On days that it was too cool or rained we went shopping and explored downtown. We had no issues that we needed anything from the host during our stay. Parking was easy and everything was conveniently located. Target is less than a mile away and plenty of wonderful restaurants close by. We really loved this place!

Beautiful Condo at the Oceania, Destin, Fl

I would highly recommend staying at the Oceania in Destin Florida . Owner, Pam was great ! Condo is absolutely beautiful and very cozy but large. My family of 6 had plenty of room and enjoyed our vacation in August, 2019. Would stay here again . But place needs a toaster oven🤪. We bought 4 beach chairs & 2 umbrellas. Saves money than renting on beach. Only provides 2 chairs and 1 umbrella included in price of your stay .

Pam was very responsive and the accommodations were lovely. We appreciated the privacy of having 3 bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom. The location in Destin is great and the views from the condo were incredible. We enjoyed sitting on the expansive patio for a glass of wine and the many restaurants nearby. The living room was spacious and ideal for watching evening movies. We would absolutely come back!

This condo was perfect! The decor was beautiful and the view of the ocean was spectacular! It is close to great restaurants and we found it to be very quiet and private.
