Walking distance to best restaurants, shops, markets and only 5 minutes away from Ashford Presbyterian Community Hospital. Great place to stay when in San Juan

We are former VRBO Hosts and so our expectations are pretty high when we stay somewhere. This unit was just what we were looking for in San Juan.Here are some observations:- The location was great...close to the Condado area/beaches, with lots of restaurants nearby. And, the SuperMax grocery store was only a few blocks away.- The apartment was well equipped for the two of us, with all the basic items needed to cook meals from time-to-time.- The power went out in Puerto Rico while we were in town, and our host communicated with us quickly letting us know how to tap into the building's generator-based power which was available in the common areas.- The living area is very comfortable. The balcony is nice but can only fit two people.Bottom line: This was a well equipped apartment in a great location.

The apartment is beautiful and well equipped with kitchen supplies and toiletries. Honestly it is about block and half from the ocean. The apartment is on boarder of the seedy part of town. It is a lovely safe apartment. If read the details of the apartment it does not have a bath and had, yet it has one full bathroom. Overall it is a nice clean safe place to stay.

Apartment at 61 Calle Taft in Condado is Fantastic

We could not have been happier with our stay at the apartment at 61 Calle Taft in Condado. Clean, well-lit, comfortably furnished and extremely convenient for shopping, dining and the beach. Our hosts were gracious and super responsive. Thanks guys for a great trip to San Juan!

Excellent location, better than the listing

We had an excellent stay at Erico's place, which is located in the heart of Condado. The apartment was even better than it looks in the listing. It’s well equipped with everything you need to feel at home. It’s so close to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, and more. The apartment is bright and sunny and very clean. The art was lovely and colorful. Check in and check out were so easy. The bed is comfortable. My favorite part was the balcony which was a nice place to have morning coffee and enjoy the breeze. I would absolutely stay here on all my future visits to the island. Thank you for the hospitality and excellent communication, Erico!

Bright, cute apartment

Very clean and comfortable, so close to the beach, coffee stands, restaurants, a large grocery store and Calle Loíza! The hosts were very helpful. I’d stay here again, no hesitation.

Cute apartment, good location

Loved the convenience of this cute little home away from home. Erico and especially Alma so nice (cute little welcome gift and cake for Valentine's). Convenient to shopping, restaurants, bushes and a gorgeous beach. Erico has thought about just about everything you need. A bit noisy Thursday night but not horrible. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
