LOCATION – Location is everything. Located just steps from the free shuttle and only three blocks from Main Street you will be able to take advantage of everything you came to Breckenridge to do. You can step outside your front door and hop on the free shuttle to take you to the slopes quickly. For even more activities, nearby Carter Park offers sledding in the winter and outdoor tennis courts and a children’s playground in the summer.

AMENITIES – This condo has two spacious bedrooms. The master with a queen bed and a private bath and the second bedroom with a queen size bed and twin over twin bunk which shares a bath with the common area. End your day relaxing in the living room to warm up by the fireplace while watching TV on the flat screen. Enjoy a drink on the deck that overlooks neighboring Carter Park in the evening. On-site complex amenities include an indoor lounge area, an outdoor hot tub and patio area, a heated parking garage, ski storage and laundry facilities.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo offers a perfect winter escape. With its warm ambiance and thoughtful decor, it's an inviting haven from the chilly outdoors. The equipped kitchen and comfortable living space make it easy to relax and recharge. Its location near skiing, snowboarding, restaurants and bars adds to its appeal. The host (or management company) were attentive and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again! The condo is within walking distance to the Quicksilver ski lift (the busiest of them all). Having said that, that 1/2 mile feels like 10 when you carry your gear in altitude. We "discovered" Uber on day two which was a nice luxury.

Great location, easy walking distance to town. Only small criticism of property is due to age, that ceilings thin so hear noise easily from condo upstairs. Also, I was very impressed with the property management and service level. Totally professional and well-organized - room super clean upon arrival; the text messages / e-mails with instructions/details, virtual text message assistance. Really well done.

The Atrium is a great property with all the amenities. It’s located on the bus route that drops you off at Beaver Run by the lift. We had a great time and will definitely go back!

Wonderful stay at the Atrium close to Main Street. 1/2 mile walk about. We walked to dinner every night. The trolley bus just outside the building takes you right to the gondola to go to gondola 1 at Breck. Super convenient. Home was beautifully decorated and very clean.
