There’s also a majestic wood-burning fireplace to enjoy on those chilly fall and winter nights (hot chocolate, anyone?).

The open, modern, fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals for the entire group. The beautifully appointed dining room table is set for 6 but has a leaf that expands the table to seat 8; the kitchen bar with 2 barstools makes it simple to feed up to 10 people at a time.

Just beyond the dining room are French doors that lead to a cozy dinette… perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or late-afternoon glass of wine while you marvel at the splendor of the mountains. An open, oversized deck runs the length of the home to a huge covered deck on the side that will make you feel like you have your own outdoor oasis. Fire up the grill, and put your BBQ skills to the test while your guests enjoy the porch swing and bar or simply enjoy each other’s company at the outdoor table for 6. The backyard has a fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows and telling campfire stories and a swing set for the younger crowd.

Back inside, the main floor also has an oversized King bedroom with a magnificent en-suite bath – including a luxurious whirlpool bathtub and a walk-in shower with twin showerheads – and French doors that lead to the deck. There also is a Queen bedroom with a full bath just outside the door. An open laundry room with front-loading washer and dryer also are on the main floor.

Head down to the terrace level, and you’ll find another inviting living area with an ultra-comfortable sectional, beautiful wood-burning fireplace and flat-screen TV. The cozy space also includes a wet bar and a bar-top table for 4, perfect for playing games or sharing some late-night snacks.
