KITCHEN & DINING
The good sized kitchen with plenty of bench space is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave and electric cooking. The dining area features dining/seating for 6 and overlooks the established peaceful garden.
LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
The open plan living area features a leather lounge setting, TV, DVD player, stereo system with iPhone dock, and board games for the family.

HEATING & COOLING
The living area features a gas heater and a reverse cycle system to keep the temperature comfortable all year round. A wood fire is also available for you to use. (NOTE: Firewood and fire starting items are NOT supplied. These are available from supermarkets and service stations should you choose to use the fireplace).
BATHROOMS
The main bathroom was recently renovated and features a separate shower, bath and vanity. The toilet is separate. There is also a second bathroom off the laundry with a shower, hand basin and toilet.
OUTDOORS
Catch the morning sun, or a cool summer breeze on either the front or back verandah and enjoy the quiet established garden. Steps within the garden led you up to a grassy area with an outdoor entertainment area complete with gas BBQ and outdoor seating.

There is undercover parking for one car, and off-road parking for two more cars.
