This is an amazing 4 bed 1.5 bath home filled with lots of creative character and warming charm. Perched atop the tree tops with beautiful ocean views yet walking distance to restaurants, coffee shop and massage studio and golf course. Enjoy all the space of the large property as well as a huge fenced/gated yard for dogs (complete with a cozy dog house). There is ample parking for both cars, boats or motorhomes which is a luxury here in Shelter Cove. Enjoy the open floor plan and large well stocked, newly remodeled kitchen which is ready for holidays and gatherings. There are two amazing large deck spaces that are perfect for entertaining, star gazing or a nap in the sunshine. Come enjoy all that the Lost Coast has to offer! Beautiful back sand beaches, shore/jetty fishing, kayaking, golf, hiking, mountain biking, and great food! Enjoy our Venezuelan restaurant -Mi Mochima as well as Gyppo Ale Mill, Shelter Cove Deli, Coffee shop, and Delgada Pizza and ice cream!!!

This home is simply magical. One of the earlier houses built in Shelter Cove, its got a very unique design and is rumored to have been featured in Architectural Digest when it was first built. This home has so much charm. Its the perfect place for larger family get togethers and holiday celebrations or simply cozy up by the fire and enjoy a winter storm.
