This lovely 2-bedroom condo is on the second floor and well located in heart of Orlando in the gates Vista Cay Resort. It is fully furnished and fully equipped with all necessities for your vacation. ONLY 2 miles to I-Drive with restaurants, the Orange County Convention Center, and Outlets right down the street.


Wi-Fi and Cable are included. In house wash and dryer for added convenience.


Renting this unit also grants you access to the clubhouse which has a resort style pool, fitness center, game room, concierge, 24-hour front desk, and business center. Vista Cay is unique because it is the only vacation rental resort in Orange County. All other vacation rentals are located in Kissimmee and Davenport, south of Disney.

== RENTAL POLICIES ==

- No smoking (min $250.00 fine)
- No pets allowed (min $250.00 fine)
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Primary renter MUST be at least 21 years old to book, must be staying at the rental property with other guests, and is responsible for all guests and visitors
- Submission of Photo ID or Passport may be required (simply upload into Guest Experience portal)
- Signed Rental Agreement required for each booking (sent by email and text to be signed electronically by primary renter)


Toiletries and Household Items: We provide a starter pack for each reservation (including one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher tabs, 2 laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets, bar soap, and shampoo in each bathroom) . Any further items needed will need to be provided by the guest.

NO SHOWS, LATE ARRIVALS, EARLY DEPARTURES: We will not refund any monies should a guest decide to shorten their stay. Guest is responsible for payment of all nights confirmed, regardless of guest's late arrival or early departure date. No shows, late arrivals and early departures will be charged the full amount for the entire reserved stay.


LATE CHECK OUT/EARLY CHECK IN: Check in time is 4pm or later, Check out time in 10am or earlier. These times are STRICT due to our operation schedule. Guests who do not check out of the property by 10am are subject to a $150.00 fine. Also, guests who arrive to the property prior to 4pm are subject to a $150.00 fine. Any check in/check out times other than 4pm and 10am MUST be approved by De Paula Realty.


NO PETS: No Pets are allowed. A $250 per pet fee will be charged if there is any report of pet hair on bedding and sofas. The violation of any terms of this pet policy subjects the guest to additional fines or termination of the rental period.


NO SMOKING: No Smoking is allowed in any of the properties and there may be a fine imposed ($450 charged to your credit card) or immediate removal from the property.


MINIMUM AGE: We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 21 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.


PROPERTY DAMAGE: If you damage the property you will be charged accordingly. If any issues should arise, please be sure to contact us IMMEDIATELY.


CLEANING: There is a cleaning fee applied to all bookings. Reservations exceeding one month will require a deep cleaning charge. A thorough cleaning of the property will be carried out before and after occupancy. It is expected that you will leave the property in a reasonably clean and orderly condition. Guests will be charged for any damage, loss or breakage in the homes or on the premises during your stay, including stolen items. There is no daily maid service. You can always add services during your stay for additional charge.


We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents in the home. Thank you and we hope you enjoy your stay.

Early check in/out: This can be requested but it is not guaranteed. It will just depend if we have a guest checking out or in that same morning. Please advise and stand by. We do charge a fee depending on the time that is requested.

*Important Notes:*
- Please note that we do not provide washcloths.
- We highly recommend doing a full grocery shop prior to arrival to guarantee you have everything you need for your stay.

House Rules:
We want to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Kindly adhere to the following house rules:
NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A minimum $250 fee will be charged for violations.
NO PETS: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. A minimum $250 fee will be charged for breaking this rule.

GARBAGE INSTRUCTIONS: DO NOT leave garbage in the home. Securely bag all trash and place it inside of the bench located outside of the front door. DO NOT OVERFLOW THE BENCH. The resort will pick up daily, only what is inside of the bench.

POOL ACCESS: pool access card is located in the unit by the front door (looks like a hotel key). DO NOT lose the pool card. A $25.00 charge will apply for any lost or missing card.
