We believe this is one of the best located condos at Vista Cay; 3rd floor, both pool and lakeview, located directly by the main pool area at Vista Cay. With two bedrooms, two bathroom, you have all the space you need for a great stay. Why stay in a crowded hotel when you can be in a spacious condo ?

Pool area update: After 8 months and a long delay, the pool area right outside our condo finally reopened May 14th. Photos of the new pool area will be updated soon.

Vista Cay is very centrally located in Orlando between Universal Blvd and I-Drive. (so not Kissimmee). We have everything within 5 to 15 minutes drive : Disney, Universal, Sea World, Waterparks, the airport, outlet malls and malls and golf courses. Several restaurants at Vista Cay, and even more at I-Drive less than a mile away. Convention or event at Orange County Convention Center? OCCC is just 0.5 Mile away from Vista Cay.

Paved walkway around Lake Cay, nice for jogging or a relaxing walk.

Many restaurants on the resort (2xPizza restaurants, Burger Bar, The Diner, Venezuelan, Dunkin Donuts, Subway, a café and cupcake bakery). Large Publix supermarket.

Owner have three great condos in this building. All 3rd or top floor with lakeview, two also with pool view. Great if multiple groups are travelling together. Link to other units:

The condo was great. Clean on arrival, very easy check in. Bonus for the young boys was being able to see fireworks from the balcony. Lovely size for two adults and two children. Very close to reception and the great refurbished pool. Very easy to drive to Disney and Universal. Uber cheap to Icon Park on a evening. Publix supermarket & a few restaurants within walking distance. Harvard the property owner was great to communicate with, very helpful and courteous, replied very quickly to any questions asked.Would highly recommend.

The pool outside our condo was unfortunately closed for renovations but the property manager notified us ahead of time so there were no surprises! Location is key & was close to everything we needed. When we arrived, we were able to checkin early, which was greatly appreciated, but we found small things had not been cleaned (food and a whole bottle of tea was in the couch & hair in the bathtub). Other than those few minor things, overall amazing place & would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Rental

We stayed at Vista Cay for our anniversary weekend. The rental was great. Very clean and has everything we needed. Loved the balcony and had fun at the pool. The location was perfect and a short drive to great restaurants.

Perfect place!

Everything we needed was there. The location is perfect. Just next door to the clubhouse and swimming pool. Stores and restaurants were within a mile or so. We will definitely look for this place first when we come back to the area.

Pool is great! Condo was clean and nice. Area is quiet and friendly. Dryer is a bit loud. Overall a great place, and awesome location to Discovery Cove and Sea World!

Beautiful condo in an amazing location!

Myself and some friends stayed here for a conference at the convention center. The condo was exactly as described in the description and the location was perfect!! Havard made everything so seamless and easy. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was great!! Our unit was exactly how it looked online. The pool and outside bar were awesome!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this property for others looking for a quiet place and close to attractions.

Very nice property and location

I really like this property. It was very clean and quiet. The location was fantastic. I was in Orlando for a trade show. The convention center was within walking distance of the property. I also really enjoyed the walking path around the lake. Even though I didn't go to Disney or Universal the location was near all the parks.

Vista cay is in a prime location whether it be for theme parks or shopping etc.This condo is them in a prime location within vista cay nxt door to the club house with all amenities close at hand. Great Stay at Great Condo

We had a great stay in condo M. Condo was as described and very close to the pool, which was great. We also found a packnplay and high chair in the closet which was an added bonus!. Very very close Sea World, Aquatica, and Discovery Cove and many of the restaurants we wanted to visit. Harvard was by far the best owner I have ever worked with..thanks again!!

fantastic Condo !

We have been holidaying in Orlando for 10 years and have stayed in various locations in and around the Disney area. The Apartment was immaculate and luxurious. Vista Cay was perfect for our needs the location was great for getting to disney and around the orlando area we would highly recommend Vista Cay as a location for a fantastic florida holiday and will definitely be back! We arrived on Sunday 4th November, and found the condo easily from directions given. Unit was clean and ready for us and the staff we very help full Very central location, near to international drive for eating out but far enough away to be quite. Pool area great and hardly anyone using it. Would stay again without any doubt if visiting orlando again and would possibly have a larger unit if taking the family.

Great place

I'd definitely recommend this unit. We love that the 2nd bedroom had 2 beds to accomodate our 2 kids. We had a family of 4 staying there and it was very comfortable. Having laundry facility meant packing less. Everything was clean and working. Pool and arcade was fun and safe; my kids loved the pool and I loved the hot tub. I'd highly recommend, very close to Universal Studios and Disneyworld.

We are the Valderhaug family from Molde, Norway in Europe. Dad Håvard works as an IT guy daytime. Hobbies are bicycling and cars, especially my -85 Corvette.

Daughters Stine and Guro are co-owners. Stine works as a store manager in a cell phone store. Interested in everything electronic, motorcycles and cars. Only thing that beats a BMW, is the Corvette. Or perhaps a Raptor.

Youngest daughter Guro is still at school, senior high school now. Works as a hanbdall trainer, in a clothing store and a hairdresser. Plays handball, and have plans to be a physiotherapist.

We love to travel, and have been to Orlando 3-4 weeks every year since we bought our first condo in 2007. Many years combined with other places in US.

We bought our first condo together with some colleagues in 2007. In 2009, after realizing how well we enjoyed Vista Cay and Orlando, we bought our own condo. Now we have these three condos in the same building, and have bought out the other owners.

Why they chose this property

We have three great condos, in the building closest to the main pool area and clubhouse. Our two bedroom Condo 5000-307 is located 3rd floor, both pool and lakeview. Three bedroom 5000-403 is located top floor, corner unit, with park and lakeview. Three bedroom Condo 5000-408 is located top floor, corner unit, also both lake and pool view. With several condos in the same building, we have often rented to families travelling together. You get to stay close together, while you all have the privacy of your own condo.

Main pool area has a large regular pool, jacuzzi, and kids pool. All for free use. Clubhouse has a 24/7 reception, fitness center, gift shop, tiki bar, game room, cinema, toilets and showers.

You also have a gigantic Publix supermarket on the resort. And a top rated NYPD Pizza restaurant, Asian and Subway restaurant.

Vista Cay is located on Universal Blvd, just off International Drive. I-Drive is considered as the tourist center in Orlando, with a wide variety of restaurants, bars and attractions.

Vista Cay is located in the middle between all theme parks. For Universal Studio: Exit Vista Cay, take left, drive for 5-10 minutes. Sea World and Aquatica also about 5 minutes drive. The Disney parks, 15 minutes. The Airport, 15 minutes.

The two large outlets at each side of I-Drive, about 10 minutes drive. As is Florida Mall, while Mall at Millenium are about 15 minutes.

What makes this property unique

Ideal for families travelling together : Three great condos in the same building. Compared to renting a larger house : Stay close with your friends, while you have the privacy of your own condo.
