The Villa Italia Residential is a newly built condominium located in Prado in prime neighborhood 200 meters from the sea and 1 km from the city center. The condominium consists of 4 houses and 2 chalet. In the common area has a large swimming pool (12.5 m in length) and the party room with churrasquiera and wood oven to make pizza. Each house also has a private balcony and yard so you can make your own barbecue there or for your pet. The house has on the ground floor: living room, kitchen, toilet, laundry, balcony and yard; on the first floor: a suite with sea view balcony and pool view, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each house holds up to 10 people.
