Luxury Summer Beach Getaway | Perfect for Families!

A beautiful new modern home, with sunny open plan living and private outdoor area situated in a lovely quiet new subdivision on the verge of Mount Maunganui and Papamoa districts.

The beach is only a 2min drive or 15min walk away, with a delicious cafe and selection of shops at the end of our street, Bayfair and Papamoa Plaza 5mins away, and the mount only 15mins down the road, it's the perfect location for your summer getaway!

Our home is a super clean, minimal, contemporary designed, new home, with open plan living, high ceilings and an indoor-outdoor flow.

With a beautiful nursery & children's room set up, a high chair, Little Helper Tower, Shell Pool, Trampoline, Toys, games & books available, our home is welcome and best suited to families. We also have a blow-up bed and floor mattress upon request, to host an extra child or guest.

Enjoy our private backyard overlooking scenic farmland views, while enjoying a BBQ on a hot summers day. And feel free to jump the fence and have a stroll in the paddocks behind us!

Lovely home

Beautiful place to stay. Host where amazing. The kids had a blast and the park around the corner was great to allow the kids to burn some energy before bed. 10 minutes walk to the beach and store. Highly recommend if you have small ones.

Why they chose this property

We are on a quiet street, full of other families. A 2min walk to an awesome cafe/deli and other shops. Close to the beach, but we also have a wonderful farmland view to enjoy out the back of the house, so it feels like you're own little escape from the world :)
