When I arrived, there was a front desk that checked me in, which was awesome. The room is spacious and feels very clean and open. Great location and very close to the beach and has a nice pool. There was also a coffee pot with coffee grounds and creamer provided in the room. Highly recommend to anyone.

The apartment was cute but incredibly small and had NO CLOSET accessible for us to hang or put any of our clothes we had to lay everything on the couch and chairs making the place feel even smaller. The kitchenette sink didn't work, the furniture could use a refresh as most was stained, and the mattress sank in the middle, which made sleeping pretty terrible. The condo complex is SOOOO worn. The owner was responsive which was refreshing and the location is great.

Charming and comfortable

Room was clean and comfortable and no smells with plenty of storage in closet . . I would of liked to have parking pass to stay in the future.. host did let me know in advance that there was no pass . I had stayed at the palm beach hotel several years ago and there was street parking about 3 blocks away with no limit but that is gone so we literally had to move car every 2 hours. I would definitely stay again if a parking permit is provided.

Great Location and clean unit with all you need

My wife and I had a great time here. Really liked the pool view and the convenient location of the facility. Having the outdoor covered sitting area with very comfy outdoor couches was a real plus. Loved the short walk to the beach and it not being your typical crowded south Florida beach. Very peaceful and relaxing. The room had all that we needed and is well kept and tons of restaurants in walking distance with downtown West Palm Beach and the Square almost within walking distance.

Perfect Location at a Great Price

We were very happy with our stay in West Palm Beach! The property was very nice and in an ideal location. The front desk staff were all very nice and communication with the property owner was great as well. Perhaps most importantly, this property was priced extremely well and made staying in West Palm Beach a more cost effective vacation for me and my fiancée. I would stay here again and recommend this property to anyone considering staying in West Palm Beach.

Disappointment with room

The room was clean and the 3 windows made it light, pleasant view. Opener on 1 of the window blinds came off in my hand. Worn out bed. No working TV, no clock, radio or telephone. No closet, no hangers. No dresser with drawer space. Not up to other rooms I've had in this hotel.

Really bad smell!

The condo looked good online, but the mattress was awful and there was no closet or anywhere to hang your clothes. But the worst part was the rotting garbage smell on the third floor. It was nauseating. We had to leave after one night. And there is no parking. Our contact told us to park at Publix with tow away signs everywhere. Got a $50 parking ticket. No good!.

Great Cute Historic Room in Hotel

Great place for a quick getaway. The Palm Beach Hotel which the room is in, is a historic hotel only 2 blocks from the beach. Cute, quaint and a little piece of history to stay in! It was perfect for my daughter and I. It was cozy, and Sierra provided us with linens, sheets, towels, wash cloths, beach towels and cute beach chairs. There were little bottle of shampoo and bar soaps that made it super convenient. Will definitely be back!

Second time I've stayed here! Will be back!

I stayed here last year on business and came back for a vacation. The area is great, central location and the condo is right across from a Publix and many restaurants. The beach is amazing and the room is a great little place to come back to after a long day in the sun. Big TV w/ cable and impressed with the Italian marble flooring. There's also a porch on the pool deck that overlooks the sidewalsk to people watch while in the shade.

Perfect lil getaway

Just returned from a three night stay and was pleased with the space. Quiet, cozy, great place to rest your head after a day of exploring. Stayed here while visiting daughter at Palm Beach Atlantic... used Uber when needed, but there were lovely restaurants within walking distance (Greens Pharmacy was delish for Breakfast and Amici's Grocery has 1/2 price fresh pressed juices and smoothies from 8-9am)! Beach is only a few blocks away. Unit has beach towels and beach chairs (nice perk). Owner responded quickly to a few questions I had about the space. Overall great stay...;)
