About this property

This clean, bright and modern condo has been recently remodeled. New kitchen with new countertops, stainless steel appliances and ultra modern cabinets with all dishware to enjoy dinner. New flooring throughout. The bathrooms have been redone with beautiful tile work, flooring and sinks. Modern and classic touches and art work make this condo truly unique and comfortable for your stay.

Maximum Occupancy: This unit sleeps six people. | Bed Arrangement: The master bedroom has a new king bed. The second bedroom has a king and a set of twin bunk beds. This unit does not have a sofa sleeper.

Unit Amenities: The full sized kitchen is complete with new stainless steel stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishware, and cooking materials! For those cold winter nights, get cozy next to the propane fireplace! The living room has a flat screen TV, VCR, Tape player and a sofa.

On Site Amenities: Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located in each unit building. MSRC provides a heated pool during the summer and indoor jacuzzi all year. Located in the pool area are BBQ grills. There is also a recreation/game room complete with a pool table, soda machine, and TV!

Views: This condo enjoys a partial view of Mammoth Mountain Ski Area.

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (apprx ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (apprx 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.

Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.

Wonderful apartment, great location

Very convenient location, right off the ski back trail. In the morning a 10-15 min walk to the lift. The apartment is very accessible from the garage, no need to carry stuff far. Very beautifully remodeled 2 story apartment (both bathrooms and kitchen looked brand new), lots of space for a family, and lots of light due to the large windows! Views amidst trees, just very relaxing. Kitchen very well equipped, new devices. TV worked well there were even some games and books there. It felt more like home than a rental apartment! Raquet Club personnel was super helpful and friendly. The apartment is very close to the hot tub and sauna. The sauna is somewhat older and did not turn very hot. The only point that was "just" ok and not excellent was the cleanliness of the apartment (kitchen and living room floor were a bit superficially cleaned). Overall, we totally enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!
