Timber Ridge #30 - Ski in/ Ski Out to Eagle Lodge

This condo is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath (1150 square feet) with a keyless entry and a 6 person max including children of all ages.
Parking is in a 2 car garage (height 7 feet). To enter, you walk upstairs two floors from the garage to the private entrance.
There is a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and a balcony with a propane barbeque (propane is provided), 2 bedrooms, and 2 hall baths in between the 2 bedrooms.
The balcony has a wonderful south facing view toward Crowley Lake and the Owens Valley.
Living area amenities include in room WIFI, a Smart TV, and a woodburning fireplace. Wood is stored in the garage.



This condo has ski in / ski out access to Eagle Lodge during the winter months. Low level intermediate ski/riding ability is required.
The ski trails are groomed by Mammoth Mountain


During summer months, enjoy single track mountain bike and hiking trails right from the property. A bike pass is required from 9 am til 6 pm to use these trails


Common Area Amenities include a Year Round Indoor Spa and a Seasonal Outdoor Pool with a fantastic view (typically open from late May through mid September, and a Small Universal Gym and Central Laundry Room

Be ready to walk up 4 flights of stairs!

It was roomy, quiet (except for the last night, kids where running up and down the stairs and yelling at 11pm) loved all the towels and extra bedding. No TV reception, Internet reception was spotty. What disturbed me the most was the stained and dirty floor and carpet. Lamp shades were disgusting too. The grout on the kitchen floor is black. For $800+ a night they can afford to have the floors and carpet professionally cleaned. Don't forget the 4 flights of stairs to get to the condo. I had surgery two weeks prior and that disabled me for a entire day, I did not leave the condo :(

Perfect for family of 5!

We were looking for a ski-in, ski-out place for our four-night stay, and were not disappointed! It's just a short walk up the driveway to ski out, and though it looks steep, my kids are new skiers and handled it. It was a little hard to find the ski in point, but once we found it, that part was easy. The pictures give a really good idea of what's in the unit, though it's hard to tell how the loft is set up--it's got a staircase separate from both bedrooms, and sits above the second bedroom. The two bathrooms/showers made getting ready in the mornings super quick and easy. It was comfy, wifi was decent, and the views incredible! We cooked all our own meals, and weren't lacking anything we needed from the kitchen, though there weren't any baggies or foils/wraps for storing leftovers, so we just did without.

Great ski in/out property!

My husband and I stayed here with 2 other couples and had a blast. We got over a foot of snow while we were here which made the ski in/out aspect even better. Not having to drive and park in the busy lots each day was such a plus! The property is tucked up between canyon and eagle lodge so driving in bad conditions was a little nerve wrecking and we used chains to go up/down the mtn for dinner. You have a 2 car garage though so no scraping or digging out your car is necessary. The accommodations were cozy and plenty of space for 6-8 adults. Clean, comfortable beds/linens, nice kitchen and the views were amazing! This is right across from the indoor hot tub and sauna too. We will definitely be back!
