Great location

Perfect central location to beach and amenities. We stayed 2 weeks and did not need a car. We rented bikes to get around which worked well. However the HOA doesn’t allow them to be stored outside so that was a minor inconvenience. Still a great time and a fair value for a short term rental. Michelle was easy to deal with.

Comfortable and convenient

We were first time renters for the month in Cocoa Beach. It was everything we hoped for. Great location and close to all we needed. Spent a lot of time at pool and beach which were both close by. Staff was helpful. Neighbors were all friendly. Several of them in our block were also from New York as well. Condo was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Overall great experience and are hoping to repeat the same again next year. Many Thanks
