Betty's Beach House

Superb modern living, architect and interior designed townhouse in central yet quiet location. Take in the sunshine and sea breeze with the north facing aspect and drift off to sleep with soothing ocean sounds in the background.

Features: Approximately 100m to the beach, shops and award winning cafes and restaurants. On the lower level you'll find the luxurious kitchen with stone bench tops and dishwasher which opens to the comfortable living and dining area, perfect all year round with a reverse cycle air conditioner and ceiling fan. On this level you will also find a convenient study nook, laundry facility including washing machine and dryer, main bathroom and great entertaining deck off the living. Up the timber staircase you'll find the second bathroom and 2 good sized bedrooms, each featuring built-in robes & ceiling fans plus a private deck off the main. Finishing this property off superbly is the large carport, outdoor shower and personal garden shed. Please note that fence is not fully secure to contain pets.

Woolgoolga, better known to the locals as 'Woopi' is the hub of the Northern Beaches. You'll find all the necessities along with boutique shopping at your fingertips in the CBD plus a supermarket close by. Gorgeous shorelines cater for fishing, swimming and surfing alike. Great spot!

Place was clean and comfortable had everything you would need. Close to everything including the beach, very quiet even though neighbours are fairly close. Beds were very comfortable too would definitely recommend this unit.

Fantastic location in Woolgoolga. Once I arrived I didn't have to use the car. Close to back beach which is super nice and close to many coffee shops and restaurants!

Great location - great place

We loved our stay at Betty’s Beach house. A lovely place in a great location with a short walk to cafes and the beach. It was everything we hoped for. One small downside was the very tight parking spot but that was of minor concern. A big thumbs up overall.

Loved my holiday, I highly recommend and I would go back there again. Just one thing it is better to keep the key on the property for late check in, maybe in a locked boxes with a pin, it is hard to get there on time driving from Canberra with an infant. However this is a very lovely place to stay

Wow in Woopi!

We had a great week at Betty's Beach House. The location was amazing - one street back from the beach and all the cafes and shops. The townhouse was fully equipped with everything we needed to feel like home. And it was pet-friendly, so our fur-babies were accommodated too. Wow! We will definitely be back.

Lovely apartment and perfect position

Really enjoyed our stay at Woolgoolga. This apartment is very well appointed and in the perfect position. Only criticism is that the yard is very small and covered in stones so not suitable for our dog. Lots of grassed areas across the road so wasn't a real issue. Would definitely rebook.

Close to beach, onsite parking in carport suits small cars only. There was very little if any hand soap, shampoo etc some bottles were empty. Floor could do with a good vacuum and mop. Problem with ants, needs to be sprayed.

Great beachside location

Betty’s Beach house was a very welcoming and modern townhouse. It’s a two bedroom townhouse (some ads said 3 at the time of booking), but it suits us fine. The kids just shared the king bed. Both bedrooms are upstairs, so may not be suitable with crawling children or people with mobility issues. It was tidy and need with a well stocked kitchen for cooking in house. It’s an easy walk to the beach. The two downsides were the vacuum cleaner which wasn’t very efficient and therefore the sandy/dusty floor, but that’s our ‘biggest’ complaint. Would book again.
