About this property

Buzian style house - great for family one block from the beach

The house has wifi. There is an internal courtyard. Garage availability for up to 3 cars. Newly renovated pool and more shower. Barbecue structure and pizza oven with a support refrigerator. Full kitchen - stove, microwave, refrigerator, plus household items. Bed linen and crockery available. Tank. There are 3 suites in the main house on the 2nd floor and 2 further interconnecting suites in an annex - first floor rooms, great for seniors. Available two SKY points - cable TV. We have a housekeeper who has her house on the land of the house which is not absent even during the rental period. Above 12 guests, whether child or adult, will be charged a daily extra fee per person to be arranged. Knowing that a maximum of two extra people can be accepted even in single beds or mattresses to maintain the quality of use of the house.

Nossa experiência foi novamente maravilhosa! Retornamos pela segunda vez para comemorar aniversário em família. Proprietários super atenciosos, a Rosaria, caseira, e sua filha foram super cuidadosas em nos apoiar e receber. Casa super limpa, com toda estrutura para curtir tanto com adultos quanto com crianças. Pertíssimo da praia (2 min a pé). Voltaremos novamente!

Ótima estadia!

Semana muito agradável! A Casa de Henrique e Maureen é confortável e tem a cara de Búzios. É bem equipada, as instalações e as roupas de cama e banho são muito limpas, os aparelhos de ar estão em bom estado. Fica a uma curtíssima caminhada da praia de Geribá. A comunicação com os proprietários é excelente. E a caseira, dona Rosária, seu filho e sua filha Josi também são muito gentis e ótimos profissionais.

Super maison

La maison de Geriba est superve avec tout le confort nécessaire. La piscine bien entretenu (malgré le carrelage autour un peu glissant) mais rien de grave avec de l'attention Les enfants et les adultes avont tous apprécié. La maison est grande, propre, spacieuse et à 4 min à pied de la plage de Geriba et 12 min à pied de la plage Ferradurinha. Rosaria l domestique de la maison est d'une gentillesse absolu, très disponible et toujours prête à rendre service. Ce séjour à Buzios à été parfait.

Fantástica

Primeiramente venho agradecer a Rosária e sua filha pelo apoio na casa. Tudo que precisamos, desde a limpeza com lavagem de roupa de cama até encomenda de camarão e peixe ela resolveu. Nota mil pra ela. Tudo estava funcionando bem, casa sempre limpa, piscina sempre ok, todos os ar condicionados funcionando perfeitamente. Iremos voltar com certeza. Obrigado a Sra. Mauren, proprietária que nos deixou bem a vontade. A casa fica perto demais da praia, mas de tão boa que era a área de churrasqueira e de piscina, não fomos todos os dias ver o mar. Todos os meus familiares adoraram a residêcia. Notal mil em todos os aspectos. Muito obrigado de verdade.

Viagem perfeita

A casa é ótima, exatamente como nas fotos! Localização perfeita, basta atravessar a rua para ir a praia de Geribá. Os donos da casa e a caseira são todos muito simpáticos. O processo de pagamento da agua e luz após o uso da casa também é muito transparente. A viagem foi perfeita. Recomendo e adoraria voltar!
