Great location, our family had a wonderful time! It was very warm upstairs as the AC was not working. The house was fairly clean, however it really was in need of a deep clean or perhaps needs painting in high traffic areas. Very nice stay! Thank you! Carrie

We had a family of 12 staying at the house. There was more than enough room for all of us. The house was perfect for us all. We enjoyed the game room and loved how close the clubhouse was. We spent several days enjoying the sun and the lazy river. We will definitely be back!

The ping pong table was broken and not usable. For a 6 bedroom house to not have a standard coffee maker was inexcusable. It only had a 4 cup mini pot. The bedding and linens were very poor quality. The house had a great bedroom setup for a large group. Cheap furniture throughout. The pool and hot tub were good. Nice value for a large house. House was moderately clean.

Beautiful home and great location

The location of this home is so perfect for any of the parks of Orlando. The amenities of the home made it such a relaxing get-away. Enjoyed the pool, the spacious bedrooms and the surrounding grounds for walking and wildlife watching.

The place was just about perfect. Great location that was close to the area attractions and getting to and from the airport was very easy. Lots of local dining options, grocery stores, and other fun things to do. The property had a nice pool area, a nice kitchen, and plenty of space for our family of 7. The resort clubhouse was an excellent addition for those days we needed some downtime. I definitely recommend this property..!

The good: The pool was great. We paid to have it heated and really enjoyed it in March. Once itā€™s up to temperature, the hot tub and pool basically equal out to the same temp so you canā€™t enjoy the hot tub as a hot tub. The view was great! We saw alligators and all kinds of birds right from the pool deck. Edy was easily accessible. The upstairs AC went out and they had an HVAC team out within an hour to fix it which they did. There is a PS4 and the kids loved playing crash bandicoot. The not so great: the house is fairly dated and worn. The carpets are a little crusty. The bed top sheets are old and pretty gross. The decorative pillows on the master bed look about 20 years old. The sheets are cheap and they use a table cloth like plastic mattress protector on all the beds so every time you move the beds crinkle. We actually went out and bought our own sheets. The pillows did not have any protector/cover on them at all under the shin pillow case and most were very thin and old. The coffee maker is a tiny 4 cup coffee maker and we had 10 people there. I called to ask about this and Edy said this is standard. Considering the house can accommodate several families, a standard 12 cup coffee maker seems like a worthwhile amenity. Especially since they donā€™t cost more than 20 for a cheap one. They even had a sign that stated ā€œLife Begins After Coffeeā€. The kitchen stools were also old and falling over, you canā€™t sit in them at all.

Good Home

This place is very spacious. Very nice home, only one thing that I didnā€™t like that there were little dead bugs swept in a few corners. It seemed as if the cleaners swept them up but didnā€™t pick the pile up. They were not like beetle looking bugs. Overall beautiful home to stay. Enough space for everyone to have be comfortable. Check in and out process was smooth. The back g gate would never open for us we had to come through the exit gate. But definitely a good stay.

The exterior of the property looks in good condition. On entering the property it is in need of of refurbishing. The beds are tired and the linens and pillows need replacing. The outside area did not have enough seating and what was there was broken and unusable. Some items in the kitchen needed replacing. There were areas that had not been cleaned and there was dust and dirt around the edges of the rooms. The carpet needs replacing. The location of the property is just what we expected as was lovely. We not hesitate to stay here again if the property was refurbished. We did have to contact the management re some issues and these were rectified.

Business trip to Orlandi

Property was nice but not maintained very well. Many of the beds did not have fitted sheets, just a top sheet so you ended up sleeping on the plastic mattress cover. One of the patio chairs had a hole in the seat and another had a broken leg. The wallpaper in the 2nd floor Master was peeking off and the bed had a very uncomfortable lump in the middle.

Linens were minimal - no kitchen towels or washcloths provided . Kitchen had minimal utensils . Heater for pool did not work For 2 days.

Hello Dina Thank you for your review We will check on all the issues. For the Pool heater we only had the request on the end on the first day, and it was turned on indeed, and even double checked on next day. It was very cold and it did took longer than usual to completely heat the pool. We understand the inconvenience to take longer to use the heat but it needs some time complete this process
