About this property

Independent house with excellent location. In the most charming and quiet corner of the city, between Praia dos Anjos and Pontal do Atalaia. The House is on a cul-de-sac, and where most houses are residential. A very quiet and safe street. The house is very welcoming and cozy. We try to furnish the house so that everyone is as if they were at home, at will! In addition, we are very close to the Navy headquarters. In an excellent location, if you like to walk, you can go to all beaches walking. If you want, you can go to Praia dos Anjos, 2 minutes walking. Public transport, hospital, supermarket, grocery store, bakeries and port with walking access in 5 minutes. And after a day at the beach, nothing better than lying in the hammock. House with ample space, outdoor area, barbecue, shower, 2 car garage, living room, dining room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and 2 large bedrooms. House with all household utensils and furnished to give this rest to you and your family
