Bongaree Stay

The property was well equiped clean and suited our needs..Not so . First National on recieving the invoice found there was a $168 booking fee. I contacted them twice to say here was change to the responsible person for the booking but all contact and billing did not change .

Very upset re the fact the house we choose originally was doubled booked we received this information after travelling 2 and half hours. Then to be told that we have another house but need to pay another $170 not happy the house needed a good clean no air or ceiling fans. Had fans I stands that were falling apart. BBQ dirty. Floors disgusting our feet were black and everything felt greasy. Could be a ok house if had air con or ceiling fans and a good clean. We were totally ripped off. So disappointing. Also had cockroaches and mice poo everywhere kitchen benches
