Bribie Stay
On arrival at the property & opening the door, I was met with an initial ‘catty/cat litter needs changing’ type smell. However, this was not noticeable after being in the apartment for a few minutes. It continued to be noticeable on entry throughout my stay & was reported to the agent. The apartment was ideal for my needs during my stay & matched the information & pictures on the booking website. It is ideally situated for all local amenities & has a great outlook to Pumicestone Passage. I would happily stay there again. The only issue I have is the lack of response to emails regarding payments made prior to travelling from the UK, & access information which required further telephone calls once in Australia.

Stayed on Bribie Island for Easter to visit family we hadn't seen for 2years .property was located across the road from Waters edge near the bridge .Handy walking distance to shops and beautiful walks along the water anytime of the day .Apartment was clean and well presented. Only disappointment was that there was no Linen had to pay for extra luggage.

beautiful walking areas and great seafood,cooked and fresh
walking distance to a variety of shops ,water activities, picnic and bar b que areas,
Only main problem the small front door screen couldnt be shut,so the external door had to be kept closed.Saving grace the big sliding door and screen off the verandah worked fine.The traffic noise got some getting used to but you expect that on the waterfront,very busy,the unit was quite clean and very presentable,we had an enjoyable stay
Was a perfect unit except t towels and bath mat would come in handy

Not adequate for the 8 person booked.
Unit was extremely hot on arrival. No air con. Initial impression was favourable, being clean and tidy relative to the price.
Ceiling fan in main bedroom and lounge only.
2 Pedestal fans supplied but the extension cord provided for the 2nd room was not safe having a loose connection.
Unit cramped for 8 persons. Bunk beds not suitable for larger child or an adult.
Main bed was comfortable.
Lounge that folded out to a double bed was uncomfortable , and certainly not suitable for 2 adults. Also was worn with cracked upholstery .
Kitchen facilities very well supplied with quality cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment.
Dining table with 6 chairs very cramped and difficult to get around to eat meal comfortably.
No DVD player. No internet.
Parking fair. 8 people need either 1 large car or 2 cars. One car space supplied. No undercover parking for my larger car. Unfortunately my mirrors didn't allow access to the carport.

Thank you for your feedback I am sorry you found the unit not up to your expectations. We are replacing the sofa bed which we too are very disappointed with, it has not lasted as expected, it is still relatively new. The bunks are regular adult bunk size we actually would have liked to purchase smaller ones but were unable to find any. There is no internet supplied and unfortunately our DVD player broke down it has now been replaced. Another spare lead has always been available in the broom cupboard but thank you for the heads up regarding the faulty lead we have already removed it.
