About this property

This welcoming holiday home is superbly designed for your relaxed holiday lifestyle. Sliding doors open the inside of the home to a large outdoor entertaining area, which has a dining setting for 12 and a BBQ. Outdoor living will become second nature during your stay at Villa Moyne.

Villa Moyne is tastefully decorated with all the comforts you require. The luxury is extended to internal living spaces, with lavish ensuite and bathrooms, and sleek kitchen that are equipped with every convenience.

There are 2 living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs. The main living area upstairs is open plan with plenty of entertaining space with a table which has seating for twelve.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms with the main bedroom with Queen bed and an ensuite. The second bedroom comes with a set of bunks and single bed. There is also a separate powder room upstairs.

Downstairs there are three more bedrooms. Head left from the front door and you will find a room with a Queen bed, the second with a tri bunk and the third with a set of singles.

The main downstairs bathroom comes with bath and separate shower. There is another separate powder room.

The property has air-conditioning.

Dream house for family holiday

This was a holiday for my mums 70th with 6 adults and 3 kid (15-11 year olds) We couldn’t have asked for a better house- perfectly layed out and decorated, sparkling clean and so close to the beach- the surf life saving club part, and walking distance to the town! We were really appreciated all the extra touches with the games, boogie boards and such a well equipped kitchen, let alone the extra comfy recliners!! Thank you for an amazing stay

We had a 3 generation family gathering (+ 2 dogs) The house handled this well, was well located & the arrival /departure process was simple & efficient. All in all, a good time was had.
