Tara Cuan - Beautiful modern home

Park in the garage and step into Tara Cuan and enter into this superb 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. Begin at the open plan kitchen and living space, bright and airy this really offers a home away from home.

The kitchen has a double fridge/freezer, double oven, dishwasher and plenty of counter space. There is a larger wooden dining table that seats 8, from there you can access the back area which comes with its own outdoor seating and BBQ. The back yard is fully astro-turfed and there is also an outdoor shower, so after your early morning swim you can rinse off stepping inside! The back yard is fully enclosed and curls around the front of the house which makes it perfect for your kids to play or dog to run without worry.

The downstairs living space boosts a split system - the entire house offers ducted heating and air conditioning - large screen TV and leather couches just made for relaxing. Enjoy a glass of wine and good company after a day on the beach, or pop on a movie and just enjoy the slower pace of life.

There is a separate laundry with washing machine for your use during your stay. Downstairs is the first bathroom with toilet and walk in shower. Past the laundry and downstairs bathroom is the first Queen room with built in robes.

Head upstairs for the rest of the bedrooms; you will find the master with King bed and ensuite, a Queen and a room with 2 King singles. The master bedroom has a walk in robe and ensuite, with walk in shower and toilet. The other bedrooms all contain built in robes.

The main bathroom has a gorgeous free standing bath, walk in shower and toilet. There is also a second living space with TV which is ideal for the kids in the evening, or if you want to sneak away and enjoy a bit of peace and quiet!

Situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac Tara Cuan offers a home that is sure to become a firm favourite. Enjoy the sounds of the sea and an easy path to pea soup for days at the beach.

Please note although this a pet friendly property we do ask that your pet is NOT allowed upstairs or on carpeted areas. Thanks for your understanding.

October stay

Great property. Dog friendly for sure. We put a stair gate at bottom of stairs, so dogs didn't go upstairs. There is a big problem though with the ensuite room and the window in there. We had 4 really windy nights, and i had to move out of the room, as the wind howls through the window and is really noisy. Couldn't sleep with that noise all night. Other than that, it was a terrific place to stay.
