With 4 bedrooms throughout, the first equipped with King Bed complimented by an enormous walk-in-robe, TV, modern ensuite bathroom and ocean views. The 2nd + 3rd bedrooms are each equipped with bunk beds both with the ability to sleep up to 6 guests comfortably with the 4th bedroom equipped with King Bed, WIR and TV; each of these 3 bedrooms are best serviced by the central bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. Other features include a rumpus room, paved courtyard area with BBQ, front deck with sun loungers, laundering facilities and 3rd powder room toilet. Whether you want to holiday as a family, share with another family, or book as a group, you can have it all at this stunning property! You will not be disappointed!

Location, location, location

As advertised the location was absolute 5 star beachfront. Unfortunately for a large group of adult friends (the booking allowed being 16) there were quite a few limitations. Only 8 dining chairs and limited outdoor furniture to make the most of the beautiful setting. It would be better for a couple of families as to fit 6 adults in each of the bunk rooms was not very comfortable.we moved mattresses around which helped but we for this we couldn’t take advantage of the large games room as there were no curtains or blinds on the west side. The other main issue was the cleanliness and quality of the kitchen equipment was not really up to standard. The agent that handled the booking was helpful after resolving an issue with no one answering several phone calls.

Area was great, kids loved the house, beach Kitchen lacked a few items - 2 slice toaster for 12 people, very inadequate, lacked paper towel/ tissues/ clog wrap, had to purchase, for price charged, these items should have been supplied

Fantastic location .. beach front with a sheltered courtyard. Plenty of room for a large family group. Very pleasant walk into town.

Amazing Stay

The house was exactly as described and especially perfect for a golf trip with the boys. Close to town and the fabulous Port Fairy Golf Club. We will be back 😀👍🏌️‍♂️⛳🍻
