Escape the Tourists! Lots of space.

We are new to homeaway but have a 5star rating with over 100 reviews on Airbnb. Ranch style Florida 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, 2 car garage on a quiet dead-end street right off the cul-de-sac. We have a nice sized front yard, off-street parking for 3 cars, and a big backyard. We are a 10 minute drive to the beach/pier and about 20 minutes to a premiere secluded beach area. Grocery stores, Target etc are all within 5 mins. A gem of a place

We were in town for a college tour and stayed just two nights but we loved the home and felt very comfortable there! It was clean and very well equipped with everything we could need. The decor was lovely and the beds were comfy and we as tea drinkers were delighted to find an electric kettle! The location was very convenient for us and the neighborhood felt safe and had plenty of shops and restaurants nearby

Awesome home close to ERAU, racetrack, beach and airport.

Second trip to Daytona and second stay at Kingswood. Property is perfect for us and we plan to stay here a lot the next 4 years and possibly longer. Owners have been awesome and I can’t wait to go back and visit my son and the beach.

Perfect House for Family Getaway

We brought my in-laws down for the Coke 400 and stayed at the house. It is beautifully decorated and had more amenities than I could’ve ever asked for. Coffee was well stocked, bathrooms were immaculate and had everything you could’ve forgotten. Seriously, just pack some clothes for a few days. They have everything else 😂 Very close to Daytona International Speedway, restaurants, shopping, beach, etc. We will be returning! Thank you for hosting us!

Family Fun after the Pandemonium

Ashley’s property was nothing short of PERFECT! The beds felt amazing, there was plenty of bedding/linen/towels and all the soaps/shampoos/conditioners you’ll need, lots of beach gear, and the house itself is just adorable and spacious. Ashley was very accommodating and communicative and the location is only a few minutes from grocery stores, walmart, target, and plenty of restaurants. We loved it and will definitely return!

We didn't spend alot of time in the home but when we were there it had everything we needed and more. This large beautiful 3bed 2 bath home was perfect for what us ladies needed Competition weekend. We would totally stay at the home again!

The property was perfect in every way! Location, amenities, comfort, cleanliness and safe area!

We had a GREAT time! I love traveling when I can feel comfortable and like I’m at home. Everything was just perfect. We spent time on the beach and didn’t have to bring anything to make those trips comfortable. We cooked cinnamon rolls out of the refrigerator one morning and were able to leave some beer for the next guest. The little things at this property made me definitely want to rent again. Thanks for making our first trip to Embry perfect. We will be back a lot the next 4 years.

This house has all you will need and many nice extras! Located in nice quiet neighborhood and close to grocery stores, beaches, and I-95. Has fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space for everyone. We were here on business and it was perfect for the 5 of us.
