Country property with a house surrounded by greenery and leisure facilities.
A place that has a bit of everything. There are two hectares of pure green: a garden, many fruit trees, and at least one hectare with a trail in the forest cut by a stream of crystal clear water in the summer. Playground with pogo stick and slide, soccer field, swimming pool with large deck with tables and parasol. Pool support with barbecue, sink and bathroom. The house is colonial style with balconies on all sides. Large living room with sofa, cable TV and broadband internet. Dining room with table for 06 people next to the kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove and microwave. Service area with washing machine and clothesline. A suite with a double bed and air conditioning; a social room with 01 double bed, 01 single and 02 beds for children with air conditioning; 01 social room with 01 double bed, a single bed and a bunk bed with fan.
