Welcome to our beautiful, comfortable and spacious 2-story home located in Niagara Falls, Canada!
Only 7 minutes drive to the Falls, Clifton Hill, Canada One Outlets, Niagara Square, many restaurants, and lots of other points of interest. Easy access to QEW.
Free coffee, coffee mate, sugar, salt, pepper, free 2 parking lots.

No PARTIES or EVENTS!

Spacious home with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Great location very close to the Falls. New and clean, with a nice open concept for the main floor (kitchen, dining room, and living room).

Easy back and forth to downtown/falls/restaurants. Everything was clean and comfortable. Needs larger kitchen garbage can setup, more seating in living room area, end tables in living room for drinks, and dressers in bedrooms for clothes.

fantastic house with a fabulous host

We were stranded travellers and Francis rescued us. It is a beautiful house and a short drive from all of the attractions. Very clean and spacious with plenty of room for a family. Francis was very receptive and answered all of my questions promptly. Would definitely rent from him again.

Great Location

Very comfortable home.Super clean. Close to a grocery store and easy access to the falls area. Very quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and good washer and dryer. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 was that there weren’t enough towels.

Great home base!

A few moms and kids enjoyed this lovely house as our “home base” while the kids were at a dance convention. The house is ideally located, well laid out, and just a very comfortable place to be. Francis, the host, was super quick to reply to any messages and very clear with his house rules. He was very kind to reach out after our check out to let us know a few items had been left behind, and it was easy to pass by and pick them up.

The Falls and everything else beautiful…

The house was great. It accommodated our group. The only suggestion would be more seating in the living room. We had 9 adults and the two couches filled up quickly. The host was quick to respond to our request. Porch was great to sit and enjoy the cool weather (just bring bug spray with you). Super close to the Falls. Walmart is close but Zehrs is the better option on groceries. It was a great time and we would rent the house again.

Things to make a stay five star

Lock on the patio door … no key , no bbq. Front door had birds nest , unable to use in our wedding attire. Kitchen- no kitchen towels, stove top needed cleaning, no cleanser supplied, oven was dirty, did not use, frying pans need to be replaced, no cooking spray supplied, chipped dishes need to be replaced ( about half the plates) , bigger garbage can in kitchen with bags . No face clothes in any of the bathrooms. Master suite had torn sheets, need replacing . Curtains in all bedrooms upstairs do not block out sun in am as too small for windows . Need an extra couch in living room as inadequate seating for the number of guests

Niagara Falls Weekend

We really enjoyed the house. The only weird thing was that the deck door was locked from both sides. Using the deck would have been a nice thing other than going around the side yard to get to it. No complaints other than that

Great Group golf weekend

Stayed for a golf weekend with a group of friends. The house was extremely clean and accommodating for our group. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Close to many golf courses and less than 5 minute drive to the Falls area. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing Host and amazing stay

My family and I decided to stay in Niagara for a couple nights, and we decided to stay at Francis’s new built beautiful 3 storey house with many beautiful spacious rooms. The area is also brand new, and the house gave us a really safe and secure vibe, clean and tidy which we definitely loved and the 10 min drive to the falls was also very convenient! Thanks for making us feel so comfortable at your house Francis! We’ll definitely rent again in the near future once the backyard is completely finished! Thanks again

Golf trip

I liked the house very much. Six bedrooms were great and lots of bathrooms. Location was great for a golf vacation. Only thing that could be better was the back door was key locked from the inside and could not open that door at all
