This condo has two wonderful patios. The interior patio is accessible from the master bedroom and kitchen. This quiet space includes a table that seats eight and an outdoor barbecue. The external patio faces the pool and has expansive views of the San Jacinto mountains. The patio also has a small dining table.
Each of the bedrooms are unique. The master bedroom has a California King bed as well as a sitting area with a couch and loveseat. This large space also possesses a vanity area with a great storage and has its own bathroom.
Bedroom #2 features two full-sized beds and ample storage. It also has a view of the interior courtyard with floor to ceiling glass.
Bedroom #3 currently functions as a beautiful sitting/reading room with two recliners facing the mountains to the north. This is a wonderful place to read the morning paper or watch the sunset over the pool. A queen size Murphy bed makes it possible to sleep 6.
And finally the family room is ideal both for relaxing and entertaining, with a three sofas, a 65 inch flat screen television, game table, and a wine rack. With 10 foot ceilings and large glass doors facing the north bit, this room invites the beauty of the desert landscape inside the home.

Awesome place to stay that lives up to its great ratings on the listing. Excellent layout with two separate wings and lots of common areas. Very comfortably furnished as well.
Sandpiper is a signature property with superior amenities and location. We enjoyed a family vacation and Karen’s condo exceeded all lf our expectations. We enjoyed our 17 night stay in this spacious, meticulously clean, mid century modern condo. It had all the amenities and was just a short walk to the shops and restaurants on El Paseo. Our host was very responsive and helpful.

Just steps away from the shops & services of El Paseo, this well equipped and comfortable home is ideal for time spent with friends and family. The Owner is extremely hospitable and responsive.
This property is excellent in terms of layout, furnishings, kitchen and location. We enjoyed the courtyard views and being close to El Paseo shopping and dining. The private courtyard in the back was great for morning sun and breakfast.
We hope to return.
This was a fantastic stay! More than well stocked with everything you needed plus more. The property was clean, well laid out (the courtyard was fantastic to get some sun!) and incredibly comfy beds, always a plus. The property has a beautiful green space and pool to relax around; a huge plus having citrus fruit trees around to pick and enjoy, what a treat! It's incredibly close to great shopping, amenities and trails close by, also all within easy walking distance, so it ticks all the boxes for convenience. The host was incredibly accommodating and communicated within minutes, super reassuring when staying at a VRBO. Check in was a breeze and there is a covered parking stall right out the front door. The host and the property itself sets a very high bar for VRBO, absolutely will recommend to others, truly a gem in the desert!
This was our second stay at this condo and we enjoyed it greatly. We love the Sandpiper community and its proximity to services and restaurants. Even though we had a rental car, we walked everywhere! The condo is clean and contains all one needs for a comfortable stay.

We love the Sandpiper development and have stayed in a number different condos there. This was by far our favorite. It has everything you need for an extended stay, a great view of the pool area, and is blissfully quiet (except for the morning doves and songbirds, which we very much enjoyed). We were very comfortable and appreciated the short walk to morning coffee, grocery stores and restaurants. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Can't wait for our next visit.
This is our third time staying at this wonderful property and we had another amazing time. The amenities and location are wonderful. The unit is very spacious and well equipped. Everything you could want is provided. The place is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed having morning coffee and meals on the front deck with its lovely view. There are so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The owner is great and easily reached if you have any questions. All in all, it was just an outstanding holiday and we can't wait to go back.
Sandpiper is an excellent Palm Desert community. friendly neighbors, great location (walkable to grocery, restaurants, gyms, etc.) and has the 50's vibe.
Our 3 BR unit was clean, kitchen reasonable equipped, good beds and nice layout. The atrium provided great morning sun and privacy.
However, I don't recommend this condo, as I don't want competition to rent it again.
The view from the living room is gorgeous with palm trees, large swimming pool, beautiful flowers and the mountains. Lots of room with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A lovely private courtyard. It’s may second stay here. The owner goes above and beyond if you have needs. I can’t wait to come back!

We had a dreamy stay lounging and enjoying the pool. This condo owner has thought of everything you could need. Well done.
The home was very clean and had everything you could want. Best VRBO we've stayed at. The grounds and pool were well taken care of. The hiking trails close by were a bonus as was all the resturants within walking distance. Easy to get around with Hwy 111 and 74 close by. Will stay here again.

Sandpiper itself seems to be a well-kept secret. This property is especially nice due to the remodeling, new furniture, patios and layout. The basic layout is shaped like the letter L with the master at one end and the other bedrooms positioned on the other end of the property. The family room is in the middle with the kitchen.
