Home at the beach! Enjoy your morning coffee on the southern exposure balcony overlooking the breathtaking Atlantic Ocean. Take an evening stroll over the dunes to our remarkably, beautiful beach or enjoy an afternoon dip in one of the two pools available on our property. Any way you like to relax, we can accommodate you. This unit is sure to excite with a fully updated kitchen with granite countertops, new Bosch dishwasher & a pantry for your food or just for storage. There is cable TV, and secure Wi-Fi which will allow the kids to stream and mom & dad to do their banking. You will find a king-size bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the 2nd bedroom.

There is a pull-out sofa bed along with 2 full bathrooms and a washer & dryer in the unit as well. Not a fan of carpet? This unit features all tile flooring throughout. Ceiling fans are in each room for your comfort. Our property has 24/7 security, winter activities for our snowbirds, 4 tennis courts, Bocce Ball, shuffleboard & a pickleball court to get you moving. St. Augustine is full of wonderful history and boasts attractions such as the Castillo De San Marcos, Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum, Potter's Wax Museum, the Alligator Farm, Fountain of Youth, 3D World, Lightner Museum, Ghost Tours, Oldest School House, Saint Augustine Lighthouse Museum and tour, several city parks, and the San Sebastian Winery. We are approx. an hour-forty-five minutes from Disney.

In addition to Historic St. Augustine, there is still plenty to see and do. The area is full of fun and exciting things for every age and interest. The beach is great for swimming, surfing, jogging, fishing, sand sculpture, watching a sunrise, or searching for shells.

Secure, quiet getaway

Property was clean. King bed in master was firm and comfortable...slept great! Close to nice sized pool, beach is steps across the nice walkway at the beach end of parking lot. Elevators were never crowded and this is a 3rd floor unit. Did not have laundry pod but i had brought some myself. No condiments other than salt and pepper, so bring your own. Sunsets were nice. Beach is great, never overcrowded. All in all a very nice stay.

Great Place

We were close enough to Saint Augustine while giving the kids the freedom to go to the beach while still enjoying the history of the city. We arrived late and the keys were waiting at the guard station so check in was a breeze. The beach was wonderful and there was plenty of room for the 5 of us. Thanks for a great stay!
