Welcome to Villa Rosa!

This beautiful 2 story Oceanfront Home is just what you need for an amazing vacation.

Check-in is at 4 pm Check out is at 11 am
Weekly rentals run Saturday to Saturday during the Summer Months

The listed price is for a max of 6 guests. There is an additional fee of $100 per person after 6. Please be sure to input the correct amount of people staying before booking your stay.

This home includes 4 bedrooms total. 2 Bedrooms are upstairs with their own private bathrooms and 2 Bedrooms are downstairs with a shared Hall bathroom.
One of the upstairs master suites has it's own private access to the beachfront deck.
All the bedrooms include either a Full Queen or King-sized bed. A couch in the living room can also be used for additional sleeping.

The living room is opened to the kitchen and dining with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. A large deck facing the ocean has an Outdoor Shower, plenty of lounge chairs and tables as well as your own private steps directly to the beach. A wonderful place to enjoy early morning coffee watching the sunrise or a place to sit back and relax as the day comes to an end.

There's a one-car garage with an automatic door opener to park your vehicle. 2-4 other vehicles can be parked comfortably in the driveway. Additional parking is being added during the landscape renovation.
For times where there are additional people with vehicles, a public park is just 2 houses down and on the opposite side of the road. A very short 2-minute walk from the house to the public parking at Nease Beachfront Park. This is also a great park to go for a stroll.

Surfboards, boogie boards, and beach chairs are all provided for our guests to use. They will be stored in the garage or underneath the deck. and all other supplies are available to use throughout the house as well to include a fully stocked kitchen and all Bath and Beach Towels. WIFI , Cable TVS are found throughout the house. There is a desk set up in the living room for when computer use is needed.

While spending time at Villa Rosa will be a home to make many memories in for years to come, you'll not want to forget about the fantastic amenities nearby. Historic Downtown St Augustine is just 10 minutes away with some of the best Shopping and Dining options in North East Florida. TPC Sawgrass, Jacksonville Zoo, Jaguars Stadium, and many other attractions are just a 30-50 min drive North.

There is so much to see and do but when it comes to taking a load off and winding down, you won't find a better place than Villa Rosa.

No bright lights allowed to face the ocean after 10pm. This is to protect the sea turtles

Beautiful dog friendly beach

Property very clean and well stocked for a month stay. Gorgeous beach view and perfect beach to stay with dogs. Great location for trips to St Augustine sites and easy grocery shopping. Deck perfect for relaxing, reading, and dining. Very comfortable deck furniture and new grill. A definite destination for a large family.

Escaping a Midwest Winter

My partner Richard, our 2 dogs, and I had a great month at Villa Rosa. It was wonderful to be right on the beach and to hear and see the ocean throughout the day. The home was lovely, had everything we needed, and Alex was a terrific host. Very comfortable deck furniture (inside furniture as well). We rented beach bikes from Island Life Bikes and so enjoyed riding and walking beside the ocean. Would love to return again and again. Thank you Alex!!

very nice stay

spent few night at property. Property was an older property but very clean and maintained as good as you can be. Loved location on the beach and beach is very quiet. Great views from decks and house. Had one issue checking in but landlord responded quickly and resolved which was fantastic. Only issue I have is property requires a deposit and VRBO does not release deposit for 3 weeks after you have left property. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Great location but poor property management team

Poor communication from property manager regarding trash disposal process (no information communicated to us via email nor clearly marked on the cans), charged us an extra $100 for not moving trash cans 10 feet to the street 2 days before our scheduled checkout date. House has an ant problem (we had to buy traps to keep them at bay during the week and store food in ziplock bags). Sliding door to bedroom did not lock due to rusted hardware, we had to improvise a solution to feel secure while sleeping. Gas grill was rusted out and not functioning properly. Great location with nice beach close to old town St Augustine. However, we will look for other options for our next visit to the area.

Great place, wonderful owner

This was our third time staying at Villa Rosa, as always it was great. House is very clean and well stocked. Plenty of parking, very close to area attractions but you still feel like your away from it all. Beach is not overly crowded. The owner Alexander is the best one I have ever had to deal with, and we travel a lot. Very quick to respond and help with any issues. I would 100% recommend this house to family and friends. I’m sure there will be a 4th stay in our future because we love the house and area so much.. Alexander thanks again for offering your wonderful property for rent..
