Welcome to Villa Rosa! A 4 Bedroom 3 Bath Oceanfront Getaway

Welcome to Villa Rosa!

This beautiful 2 story Oceanfront Home is just what you need for an amazing vacation.

Check-in is at 4 pm Check out is at 11 am
Weekly rentals run Saturday to Saturday during the Summer Months

The listed price is for a max of 6 guests. There is an additional fee of $100 per person after 6. Please be sure to input the correct amount of people staying before booking your stay.

This home includes 4 bedrooms total. 2 Bedrooms are upstairs with their own private bathrooms and 2 Bedrooms are downstairs with a shared Hall bathroom.
One of the upstairs master suites has it's own private access to the beachfront deck.
All the bedrooms include either a Full Queen or King-sized bed. A couch in the living room can also be used for additional sleeping.

The living room is opened to the kitchen and dining with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. A large deck facing the ocean has an Outdoor Shower, plenty of lounge chairs and tables as well as your own private steps directly to the beach. A wonderful place to enjoy early morning coffee watching the sunrise or a place to sit back and relax as the day comes to an end.

There's a one-car garage with an automatic door opener to park your vehicle. 2-4 other vehicles can be parked comfortably in the driveway. Additional parking is being added during the landscape renovation.
For times where there are additional people with vehicles, a public park is just 2 houses down and on the opposite side of the road. A very short 2-minute walk from the house to the public parking at Nease Beachfront Park. This is also a great park to go for a stroll.

Surfboards, boogie boards, and beach chairs are all provided for our guests to use. They will be stored in the garage or underneath the deck. and all other supplies are available to use throughout the house as well to include a fully stocked kitchen and all Bath and Beach Towels. WIFI , Cable TVS are found throughout the house. There is a desk set up in the living room for when computer use is needed.

While spending time at Villa Rosa will be a home to make many memories in for years to come, you'll not want to forget about the fantastic amenities nearby. Historic Downtown St Augustine is just 10 minutes away with some of the best Shopping and Dining options in North East Florida. TPC Sawgrass, Jacksonville Zoo, Jaguars Stadium, and many other attractions are just a 30-50 min drive North.

There is so much to see and do but when it comes to taking a load off and winding down, you won't find a better place than Villa Rosa.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Trash and Recycling must get put to the street late Thursday evenings for Early Friday pickup.
Please do not leave anything in the fridge except for unused water bottles. Please leave the house in the same condition it was when arriving.
No bright lights allowed to face the ocean after 10pm. This is to protect the sea turtles

Perfect vacation

The location is perfect - directly on the beach which is nearly private. The clean home is set up to provide privacy, if wanted, but having comfortable common areas. Two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms was great for the adults, while the kiddos shared a bathroom downstairs between their bedrooms. This will not be our last visit here, since it has all the amenities needed for a great week. Along with the beach, we enjoyed all nature has to offer: dolphin sightings each day (a huge pod of 12 entertained each day), a turtle nest right in front of us, a sea turtle laying her eggs on the beach, crabbing, water birds…what an experience!
Dog-friendly is a huge plus!
This huge sea turtle mom joined the fireworks crowd to lay her eggs.

Great place

The owner was very kind and responsive when contacted. We were contacted several times before and during our stay to makes sure we were satisfied and wanted to know if there was anything he could do. The outside area overlooking the ocean was fantastic.

Great Location

The Good: Location, Location, Location. First off right on the beach. Publinx & Publinx Liquor store right down the street. Less then 10 minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine. The Bad: Didn't get access to the property until 4:30, while waiting on the cleaning crew to finish. The air went out twice. The first time it came back on prior to the repairman arriving, so nothing was really done. It went out a second time, but came back on by the time we returned from downtown St. Augustine. As with other reviews, it does need some updating. I would still give it a 5 star rating, as you can't beat the location ....

This home has everything you need for your stay. Always well stocked. We had 6 adults and two small children. It was the perfect size for us. This was our second stay at this home. Communication with the owner is always easy and he is quick to respond.

Our stay at Villa Rosa was fantastic. A perfect spot for our week-long family beach vacation. The back deck backs right up to the beach, and the location on the beach was very private and didn't get busy like some of the public access areas. The home is spacious with everything you could need in the kitchen, plus plenty of beach equipment in the garage, which was perfect for us since we flew down for the trip.Alexander was extremely responsive to our needs and even ordered new beach chairs when one of the ones we were using broke. Fantastic service, great space, only about a 10 minute drive from all the bars and restaurants on St. Augustine, and then Publix that was about 2 minutes down the road saw us each day of the week.Highly recommend this stay for any family or friends looking for an easy, laid back week.

The location on and access to the beach are wonderful. Alex was very responsive - we had a problem with the BBQ and he dealt with the issue immediately. Great times sitting on the deck wat ching the dolpins and just relaxing.

House was spacious and right on the beach. The sliding door in the living room was so hard to open and close we just had to use the one in the master bedroom. There was ants all in the kitchen. There was no toilet paper upon arrival.

Great Vacation

Our family just returned from a memorable week at Villa Rosa. The house is great. The location is great. The management was very responsive and attentive. The house is located right on the ocean. Waking up to the sight and sound of the ocean in pure delight. There were six adults in our party and we never felt cramped or got in each others way. The bedrooms were all spacious with big comfortable beds. The house had plenty of room and was very comfortable. Had a nice dining room table for late night card games. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. The house is just minutes from the sights and attractions of St. Augustine and all the wonderful dining options.I highly recommend a trip to St. Augustine and if you do be sure to book Villa Rosa.
