Beautiful ocean view but updates needed

The resort is beautiful with many amenities. However, the condo was in need of a thorough cleaning and numerous repairs.

Everything was wonderful. The only critique I would have is have a few of the necessities on hand

Great Oceanside Experience

The condo had the apartment amenities we needed for an unexpected month, such as washer dryer and full kitchen. The plusses included a view of , and easy access, to the beatiful beach, and It was convenient to downtown.

Night time Nazi not neccessary!

The condo was very clean and enjoyable. The facility was nice also, close to the beach. The only complaint I have is the night time security. My 3 children and I were in the hot tub at 1045pm and a guard felt it necessary to inform us of the time, point out the clock and that the hot tub was closing in 15 minutes. Reminding us that we needed to get out! I am a grown adult with 2 adult children with me in the tub with no loudness or alcohol. I don't really need someone telling me how to tell time or when to get out! It sort of ruined my relaxing soak. I think if they could just relax a little so could their guests.

We are so glad you enjoyed your unit and the convenience to the beach. I do apologize for how you felt regarding the CSO Officer alerting you to the time regarding closure of the Jacuzzi area. I will certainly review this with our staff. It is their duty to check the property and remind guests of closing time of the area and since not all guests are aware that they may need to leave by 11. Thank you again for your stay and we do hope to see you again in the future.
