We enjoyed our stay at the cabin, it was very clean. The host was very accommodating and checked to see if we needed anything during our stay. The location was perfect- within 30 mins of Estes Park and 30 mins from Brainard Lake which was great after a long day of hiking.
The host was so responsive and kind, she answered every little question I had and checked in on us while we were there!! The cabin was so clean too! I would highly recommend this little gem!
As advertised! Beautiful surroundings, clean and I had what I needed. Host was super kind, responsive and helpful. I'd definitely stay again next time in the area.
Lovely little cabin in a great location close to several RMNP entrances and trailheads. Well stocked with all the necessities that you might need. Appreciated the instructions and map to the cabin that was provided as cell service is limited. Estes Park is a close 20 minute beautiful drive away. We really enjoyed our stay!
This cozy cabin was absolutely perfect for our recent stay in Allenspark. Perfect location with our two favorite restaurants within walking distance. Cabin was clean and well-equipped for our 3-night stay. Thank you!
Had a long weekend getaway for a wedding in Boulder, spent a few days exploring RMNP and the surrounding area. The Cafe down the road was great and all the people we met were also very nice. There are some hikes really close to town or within a few mins drive as well.
The cabin was cozy and the perfect size for a couple. The listing had stated there was only a mini fridge but we were pleasantly surprised to find a full sized fridge upon arrival. It is located close to trails in the National forest and is just a short drive to the main entrance of RMNP. Only thing is parking is limited especially if you drive a large truck, other than that is was perfect.

Perfect for couples
Allenspark is perfect for those who prefer a small town. Cabin was cozy. Listing had stated that it had a mini fridge but we were pleasantly surprised to find a full sized fridge upon arrival. Cabin is not far from forest service roads where you can ride a four wheeler or side X side. If you stay in Allenspark, be sure to visit Tree Huggers, it’s a neat store not far from this cabin.
An absolutely wonderful stay. The cabin was our base camp for heading into Rocky Mountain National Park. We checked out the pizza joint around the corner which was great and the host was awesome. If we just would have had that DVD player it would have been perfect :p. Great stay. Highly recommended. I would go back tomorrow.
If you’re looking for simplicity with location and coziness, this is the place. Old fashioned in kind a cool way. Close to everything: calypso falls, wild basin, longs peak and Estes park and Rocky Mountain national park. I’ll be coming back next year!
This is a nice little rustic cabin in Allenspark. Allenspark is a sleepy little village with limited cell reception, but the cabin has wi-fi, so no worries. Close to hiking that doesn’t require reservations in RMNP. Thirty minutes from Estes and Lyons. Good value for what we wanted.
A perfect cabin for my husband and my getaway. We walking to breakfast and hopped over to the little antique shop. It’s close to Estes and Lyons for shopping and dinning. Quiet area with gorgeous sunrise views - all the neighbors were nice and friendly. It was the perfect space for us.
The cabin worked out great for 4 of us. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Beautiful, peaceful area, close to Meadow Mountain Cafe—awesome place for breakfast on the front porch.
We had a wonderful stay. The property manager was awesome, very communicative, friendly, and helpful. They cabin is small, but the space is well used, and very comfortable. Great little touches like snacks and toiletries were much appreciated. Not that I really wanted to be on the grid much, but future guests should know there is no cell service (as advertised), and we were not able to get enough signal on the wifi to do anything, either. This was only a problem for us because we had planned for having wifi to map out hikes, check weather, etc., so recommend taking into account before checking in.
We stayed few nights here and really enjoyed it.
Place is very close to the park area where we spent most time. Very clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive. Definitely recommend this place. Thank you Nathalie!
What an inspiring area! But you know that, you're looking to stay here a few days. This cabin is all updated inside, with all you'll need for meals in the kitchen, the bathroom and shower are up to date and function fine. There were two of us, the bed is comfy. Not sure about how comfortable the foldout couch would be though.
Cell phone coverage is kind of spotty in the mountains there so to communicate with the host by text requires driving to a location with signal. But when I did text for some help, the host was quick to respond and help me.
Everything was clean when we arrived. We loved our stay there!
