Sharon's place was a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. It's just two blocks from the beach with everything you need in walking distance. the use of kayaks, boogie boards, chairs, and surfboards, was amazing!!! We took advantage of the 25% off tour, definitely recommend!

The host, and the place, are great.Short walking distance to the beach, easy to park.It is perfect, if you are looking around I’d recommend to book this place it’s really a nice setup.

Nice, private apartment, walking distance to everything we needed for the three days and nights we spent there. Street parking was easy, though we barely moved the car.Sharon is very generous with the gear from the rental shop.

Stayed at this La Jolla condo and it completely delivered. Check-in was smooth and access was straightforward—everything was clearly communicated and we were in without any hassle.Parking was easy even though there’s no assigned spot. Plenty of street parking was available right around the building at the times we needed it.The place itself is great. Nice, comfortable space with strong, cold AC that made a real difference. The kitchen is well equipped and ready to use. There are also lots of ocean toys—kayaks, boogie boards, and more—available for guests, which was a fun bonus.We ran into a couple of minor maintenance items, but nothing that took away from the overall experience. For the price, this condo is an absolute win. It’s just a block from what many consider the best beach in California, and that location alone makes it special.Would happily stay here again, in fact booking it again for next summer. Highly recommended.

Fantastic location! Close to beach, shops, and restaurants. Apartment is comfortable for a short stay. Arriving and leaving was extremely convenient and the communication with the host was great. I especially appreciated the access to kayaks from the shop. Really made my stay wonderful!I would make a small suggestion to do some refreshing of certain things, especially the pillows on the bed.
