Just what we needed

Our family of 6 was in Orlando to celebrate my son’s high school graduation. It was great to have place we could all stay together, be able to make meals, have a place to play board games, do laundry, close to grocery store and restaurants, as well as location for theme parks if we wanted. Downsides: 1. Only stools for the dining table - no chairs with backs for our senior adults. 2. The kitchen was missing some things for easier cooking. 3. We found some ants in the kitchen and bathrooms (normal for Florida!). 4. Old Town is right over the wall from the condos - can be loud in the evenings if you’re heading to be early.

Incredibly responsive host

Host responded quickly to questions. For example, there were not enough forks in the house on arrival and the host quickly replenished the fork supply. The property is clean and comfortable.

My kids loved the home! We was not ready to go home! We came down to visit for my sons 11th birthday and he had a ball from the house to the parks near by.. WHEN WE RETURN TO VISIT AGAIN ILL BE BOOKING THIS SAME PROPERTY I LOVE THAT IT SITS ON THE BACK END

Great communication w/Owner. 18-20 min drive from Disney. Good pool area.

We appreciated having paper bowls, plates, utensils, etc. There was a stroller in a closet with some floaties for younger kids. Location feels a little removed from Disney but not a bad drive. There is a walkable car rental (Avis/Budget) next door. Fun pool area for the kids. Front desk area has a little market that was helpful.

Nice end unit with all the room we needed for our family. Super easy process and dealing with the owners and check-in! Would only recommend bringing hand soap to those planning to stay, just because I’m not a fan of bar soap, especially with kids. Overall a great place!

This was a great townhouse. We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to come back to after a long day at the park. The owner was very nice to work with and was very responsive to all of my questions. We would stay here again if we get to every go back.

The most amazing property!!!

WOW WOW WOW! I cant say enough about this wonderful property! Not only was it brand new everything and dare I say the beds were THE MOST COMFORTABLE BEDS but it was super clean and literally felt like my own house!! This place has everything you need and I even did laundry! The owner and manager are so communicative it was easy to get into property I arrived late and anything I needed I could text them and they were available! They had a the nicest welcome basket with water and snacks and since i came late it was nice to have munchies and some water without having to go to store! The property itself was sooooo beautiful, well maintained, pool was so refreshing and huge so it spacious not overcrowded and we could eat and drink and relax!!! They had bingo and contests by the pool to keep you entertained and super fun water slides! We walked to old town for shopping and carnival fun I come to Orlando a lot for business and the parks and Ive never stayed at a better location than this one!!! This is our new go to home every time we come here!!! We will book again for sure!!

Hi all!! I have been a super host now over 9 years! Originally from Cali I grew up in Seattle and made my way to Miami about 15 years ago now. What a ride it’s been but I’m happy to call Florida my home and we love being able to have this awesome house to share with everyone!!

Why they chose this property

We can speak so highly of this condo because we too use this as a second home!! So we really tried to make it comfortable, cozy with a cute little fireplace, supplied with everything you could want for a easy stay. We love hosting others as a home away from home so you all feel comfortable. No stiff hotel rules, weird cheap amenities... only the best at our place. We love to party at the pool, grab a tropical drink and food at the bar in between the water slides, workout in the gym, ride the Ferris wheel, hit the parks and shopping at outlets and of course just simply relax and enjoy our off time! Even have blackout curtains in all the rooms so you can nap whenever you want! And last but not least I'm the owner there every step of the way from check in to check out in case you ever need anything! We truly appreciate each one of our guests.

This is the most amazing neighborhood! As close as you can get to fun for all ages from toddlers to adults!! The condo is walking distance to Old Town and Fun Spot Kissimmee, so you can drink at themed bars, shop at the cutest boutiques for souvenirs and specialty items, eat at great restaurants, and hit the theme park for roller coasters, ferris wheel rides, and fun carnival rides for all ages! Test out the arcade and race the go karts if you think you’re in the running for first place! If you'd like a short few minute drive to picturesque Celebration the Disney town with walking and biking trails, parks, splash pad, golfing, deluxe shopping, coffee shops and bakeries. The beautiful grounds and white picket fence houses will make you feel like you’re in a story book fairy tale. Best of all your celebration Publix grocery store, Starbucks coffee, and oulet mall is right around the corner!!! You can even have anything delivered you want! Get everything you need for condo grab a coffee and hit the outlets for awesome shopping when you’re not at the parks!!!! So much to do and enjoy even if you just come for a conference or non park related vacation your surrounded by and amazing pool and property, tons to so and fun for all!!!
