Fully Furnished with 2 screen in porches. Back deck with new outdoor furniture. One bedroom and bath on main floor. Three bedroom and 2 bath up stairs, with whirlpool tub in master bath.

If using for scrapbooking has 12-4ft tables and chairs that will be set up for scrapbooking with lights and garbage cans. 2 extra 4ft table for cutters or product.

The community is located directly across the street from Lake Michigan with walk way to beach. House includes beach chair, beach towels and sand toys for the beach. House also has stand alone ice maker for filling cooler for the beach. The community has swimming pool, park, playground, fishing docks, volleyball, tennis and basketball courts, and putting green.

Our family had 6 adults and 3 children staying at The Lake Escape. The house had enough indoor and outdoor space to keep everyone happy. The property is clean and well maintained. And conveniently located being only a short walk to both the beach, pool, and other amenities. Pam Bailey was a great host, and we wouldn't hesitate to rent from her again.

This place was perfect for our family. 7 adults and 4 toddlers. Pam thought of everything- kitchen was well stocked and had nice pots/pans/prep utensils. We used the wagon, beach chairs, sand toys and beach towels. It was super clean and great location. All questions were answered quickly and courteously. We would like to return!

This was a return trip to Beachwalk and this house was perfect for our family of 9! The pictures don't do this place justice. It was incredibly clean and well stocked/organized. Lots of places to comfortably spend time with family

Truly a great escape

Pamela is easy to work with and has everything that you need for your vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped, comfy beds, lots of blankets and beach supplies. The house is beautiful with plenty of room for a large family. 10/10 recommend.

Perfect stay

Our stay could not have gone better and we hope to stay again! The location is perfect, we walked to the beach with three little kids and also walked to the pool because the house location is right in between the two. The house comes fully equipped with wagon, beach towels, chairs, umbrella and ice machine. We really did enjoy our time! Thank you for having us Pamela!

Absolutely Wonderful!

This was one of the best VRBO stays ever! The communication from the owner was excellent, very accommodating and provided a lot of great information prior to the stay. The house was immaculate and Pam had it fully equipped with everything we could possibly need for our stay. The location is just a minute walk to the pool and only five to the beach. The community amenities gave us plenty to do during our stay: pool, sand volleyball, pickleball, kayaking, ping pong and more. Our family had a great time and would definitely visit again! Beautiful house and close to the beach

I would book this house again in a heart beat. Pam was absolutely great to work with. She responded quickly to all of my messages. The house is so beautiful and spacious. There were so many wonderful places to enjoy that we just couldn’t choose. The house was also well stocked with many essential needs and it was very clean. We loved the charm and character of the community the house was in and how close it is to the beach. This house is a must for any large gathering.

Perfect for our family getaway

This property was everything we had hoped for and so much more. We were getting together with extended family which included adults and young children/babies. Pam was fantastic to work with. She was very quick to respond to questions we had while booking and leading up to our trip. The house was beautiful, clean, very organized, and had EVERYTHING we needed (fresh linens, soap, shampoo, dishwasher and detergent, clothes washer and dryer with detergent, coffee/tea/creamer, salt/pepper, napkins, paper towels, crockpot, blender, all the kitchen supplies you could imagine, grill, DVD player and Smart TV) . . . and even things we didn't realize we needed until we were there (beach towels, beach supplies including lots of beach chairs, a beach wagon to get things down to the beach, small cooler, stand-alone ice maker, bottled water, board games for all ages, a portable blue-tooth speaker, heated outdoor shower to rinse off beach sand before entering, and so much more). The house itself was amazing with two screened in porches in the back (one on each level, perfect for playing games in the evening or eating), a super comfy porch swing on the second floor front porch that was perfect for reading or just watching the stream of people passing by to go to the lake or pool, and a second story deck above the garage in the back perfect for evening cocktails and lounging on the huge sectional. The neighborhood was fantastic - we felt like we had stepped into a tropical paradise with all the beach grass yards and golf carts around the neighborhood (we were visiting in August) - all within just over an hour drive from Chicago. The pool was great (warm, clean, separate fenced wadding pool for toddlers) and very close (about half block walk). We'd walk the block to the beach entrance each night for the sunset. People around the neighborhood were so friendly and we felt very safe. There was plenty of parking for our 4 vehicles. We have several runners in our family who all enjoyed being able to run around the area. It was amazing. I can't say enough great things about this place. We would highly recommend it and hope to return again in the future!

Perfect location and wonderful community

The location is perfect! There is a swimming pool right at 4 houses ahead, and 5 mins walking to the beach . We stayed there for four days and the waves are all very soft, there is no wave at the last day we stayed . And the temperature is perfect .
