Family Accommodation - Walking distance to ocean

Located in Ledge Point this newly refurbished holiday villa offers guests a true 'home away from home' experience. Within walking distance to the beach and playground this property is ideal for a weekend getaway or longer stay. Ledge Point is the perfect location to explore Western Australia's mid west region or to just relax and unwind.

The Villa sleeps up to eight people. There are three bedrooms, 2 x queen sized bedrooms and a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds. Air conditioned with ceiling fans in all rooms. Full kitchen facilities are provided as well as a large dining area and spacious lounge. A secluded outdoor area with BBQ is a lovely space to enjoy evening nibbles and drinks or watch the sunset from the front porch.

Protected carport and ample parking

Guests are to provide their own sheets and towels - Linen Hire available on request

Not worth what we paid

My son & daughter kept rolling into the middle of the bed. My son looked underneath & saw the bed frame was broken & had been roughly repaired with some wood. He put a couple of bricks that he found outside under the wood for the next few nights. The sprinklers came on 2 nights & soaked the front & back verandahs so anything that was out there got wet.

Home away from home

Beautiful location comfortable stay overall enjoyed the home .the only downside was the population of the insects and reception wasn’t that great swings need to be update but kids still loved them . we enjoyed our stay look forward to coming back one-day definitely recommend .

Perfect getaway spot

House was in a prime position. Had all you could want for cooking in the kitchen and spare linen supplies. Great for kids and adults. Highly recommended

The house has everything you need to have a comfortable holiday. There was a little bit of maintenance needed but it didn’t detract from the accomodation
