Wonderful stay

Staying at Careel Bay for 2 nights was a Christmas present for my son and family who were visiting me from the US. They thought it was wonderful, perfect for a small family, fabulously located for exploring and, most of all, for relaxing at the end of the day in the pool staring at the view. Simon was extremely helpful and the process went without a hitch. Heartedly recommend.

Amazing Views and Location

My wife and I were celebrating our 10th Wedding Anniversary and this property provided us with a perfect little getaway. The Owners were fantastic, great communication and very happy to assist us to ensure our stay was memorable. The luxury of having our own private pool and spa overlooking the marina was a great way to unwind and relax. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful view and location

The view does not disappoint. The apartment is exactly as described, a really nice layout. Our family had a lovely stay there over the September school holidays. The kids loved the infinity pool. A beautiful, tranquil part of Avalon and only a few minutes from the main shopping centre. I would stay there again) I highly recommend.

Relaxing stay

great view and quiet street. House is quite nice. Couple minor things we encountered was the rangehood didn't work, living area lounge isn't comfortable and you can hear the footsteps from the dwelling above at times. Overall nice stay though.

Blissful escapism!

This property is such a welcoming, well appointed, retreat from the real world. Divine views, lovely saltwater pool and very quiet. The house was thoughtfully stocked with good quality toiletries, tea, coffee etc. Even a chilled bottle of wine and fresh milk were in the fridge. Simon was very responsive to any questions and has created a lovely place to completely chill! Thank you !

Perfect Getaway

My wife and I stayed at this property for our honeymoon and it was amazing in every way. The view was beautiful, spa & swimming pool were super clean aswell as the house. The hosts Simon & Sanya prepared everything for us and even surprised us with goodies during our stay. It meant alot to us and we really appreciate it. Would definitely recommend this place! Amazing Place overlooking the bay

We stayed for two nights with our kids and had an amazing time. Wish we could of stayed for longer. Simon & Sanya we're excellent hosts and left us bottle of wine due to the outdoor lights not working during the recent floods. The kids loved the pool. The view was amazing overlooking the bay. The property had everything we needed. Communication was also top notch and prompt. Highly recommended and we would love to stay again!

A great beach getaway

We had a wonderful mini break in Avalon. We could watch the bay from the spa for hours! Just a 5 min drive to the beach and great restaurants, our favorite being Alma. Beautifully appointed with a lovely welcome bottle of wine! Would thoroughly recommend.

My new happy place

I have fallen in love with the northern beaches and Avalon in particular! Our stay in this wonderful setting and lovely home ticked all the boxes… everything we needed and wanted. Beaches, coffee shops and exceptional hosts in Simon and Sanya … The only thing that would have made it better would have been another week or two there!

What a view!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The view, pool and spa were incredible. The stay was very comfortable, with a slight exception to the drain smell (which went away when you opened the doors and lit candles). Simon was an attentive host and made the check in process easy. Lots on your doorstep, cafes and restaurants. Would stay again.

Great escape with the family

Spent 3 nights with the family at this beautiful property. It is perfectly located with sweeping views on a quiet and private street, right by the water. You get exactly what you see in the listing pictures - modern, stylish, clean and exclusive. A short drive to great cafes and restaurants in Avalon or Palm Beach or just kick back and enjoy a barbie and a splash in the pool with the kids. We highly recommend this property and hope to be back soon.

A relaxing getaway
