Loloma is a relaxed stunning single-level home that offers a perfect blend of comfort and style, nestled in a prime location between the lake and 350 meters walk away from the pristine shores of North Avoca Beach it has all the modern comforts and more for your next holiday.
The open-plan layout seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a perfect entertaining environment. Outside you can enjoy the alfresco seating area, pool, and sauna. The master suite with king bed contains a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom contains a queen bed while the third has two single beds with a trundle. The master bathroom is found between bedrooms two and three with a separate powder room off the pool area.

On request Loloma is a pet friendly property and while we love to have pets with us on holidays there are some conditions that apply to help respect and have a well-maintained property. Pets are not permitted inside any of the bedrooms or on any furniture or cushions.
Max of 1 pets up to 12kg each.

*House Rules: We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful and respectful environment. Smoking, parties, functions, and school leavers are not allowed.
*Pet rules: Please do not leave your pets unattended inside the home while you are out.
*Pets can be left in the protected Alfresco and garden area that is fully fenced.
