Franklin Family Visit

First time visit to see family in Franklin. The cottage was very comfortable and quiet. It was perfectly located near downtown Franklin and scenic walks along the Harpeth River!

Super convenient to "The Factory" and the downtown historic district of Franklin. Owners are awesome and they obviously take great pride in their properties. Very thankful we were able to stay here.

Beautiful Home in Beautiful Franklin

We stayed for a week and could not have found a more cozy accomodation. The decor was charming, the beds super comfortable, and the walk into town a very easy 10 minute stroll. Our parents stayed in the other unit which made our family reunion even that much more delightful.

Amazing Property!

My wife and I stayed for a few days on our way to visit family in the Midwest. We’ve stayed in a number of VRBO properties over the past several years in various parts of the country. This spot is without a doubt one of the best. The house was spotless and just as it looks in the pictures. The location is perfect - an easy walk to downtown Franklin, which is charming. The neighborhood is quiet and picturesque. If we could rate this higher, it would be easily well-deserved. Matt provides an outstanding experience and wonderful property. If we come back through the area, we would stay again and again.

Franklin Cottage Getaway

Where is the perfect location for an annual family gathering when you live in Michigan and Colorado? Nashville of course! Finding a quiet getaway location for our first trip to Nashville was easy when we found this perfect cottage to relax and enjoy family. Conveniently located to all the entertainment amenities offered in the area while walking distance to historic downtown Franklin. This charming cottage is pristine, comfortably well-equipped, and stocked respectfully. Matt was a fabulous host with quick responses (other hosts take note of how it should be done!) The Cottage is our favorite VRBO home and we will definitely stay here again. Hurry and book this home for your next trip! You won't be disappointed.

The cottage was absolutely adorable and very clean. We loved being so close to downtown and being able to walk to the town square, local restaurants and shops. Our only complaint is that the mattresses on the beds were very firm and not comfortable to sleep on. We woke up daily to low back and hip discomfort. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was top notch! Loved how we could walk everywhere. Went to a Red Wheel show at the Factory and enjoyed the Saturday morning Farmer's Market. Great restaurants nearby!
