Lovingly restored country bungalow in a quiet location off the Competa road 11 minute (4/7km) drive from Torrox village with its many bars and restaurants. The property is a 16 minute (9.8 km) drive from Torrox costa which has a long stretch of beach and promenade with its night life, diverse restaurants and bars. The town of Nerja is 20 minute (14km) drive. Malaga airport is 50 minutes (66km) away by car. Ideal for walkers and bird watchers alike as the property is in the countryside there are many walking routes to be discovered. Hire car necessary. Good access less than 2 minutes from the main road. This two bedroom bungalow has been recently refurbished with a modern open plan kitchen, with oven, hob, fridge freezer, extractor fan and microwave. The modern shower room is also new and consists of a walk in shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin with cupboard and mirror . Two good sized bedrooms. Main bedroom has a double bed the second bedroom has two single beds which can be put together to create another double. Both are fully furnished, with bedside tables, dressing tables with mirrors and power points, wardrobe space and air conditioning for both hot and cold. The large lounge has a breakfast bar, 3 piece sofa, flat screen tv with wifi connection, tv system and air conditioning. There is a safe available for guest use. All the windows have mosquitos screens. There is a glass conservatory on the front of the property offering uninterrupted sea and mountain views. The conservatory has 3 piece sofa set a dining table and chairs, washing machine and sink. To the front there is a large walled terrace with garden furniture. The parking is available right outside the bungalow and there is flat access to the conservatory with one step up inside the property.

My husband Mark and myself moved to Spain from South Devon in 1999 with our 2 children and my father. We had our own villa built in 2004 very nearby the property as it is a peaceful location and only a short drive to the village of Torrox.

Why they chose this property

The property for rent was my fathers from 2000 until he died in 2016 leaving the property to me. Unsure what to do with it, it was left empty for 2 years. This year we decided to totally renovate and rent it out for holiday lets.

What makes this property unique

The property has lovely uninterrupted mountain views, which can be enjoyed from the large terraces or the double glazed conservatory.
