super helpful to have the gated off street parking spot, really nice quiet and comfy space, very convenient to Marta and plenty of dining, shopping and sightseeing spots within easy walking distance. Quick connections with our hosts when we needed anything. And our kitty cat felt right at home and was happy to have a bit of yard space to hang out in.
The location was perfect for staying in Midtown. It offered all of the amenities I needed and the private parking was a nice perk. The host was always helpful as well. Thank you!
Very comfortable stay and close to everything fun and relaxing! Extremely accommodating hosts and great communication. The city buzz is nice too. 10 min walk to the park and loads of food in the area if you're a foodie like me!
We stayed in the apartment for a month while we were looking for a permanent home in Atlanta and it was everything we needed! It's centrally located, very close to Piedmont Park, the neighborhood is safe, and it's beautiful to walk in the area of Midtown to the east of the home. The gated parking was a great help as well, and there's even a private little fenced in yard to sit in. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, etc. were all great to have for our long stay.
My boyfriend and I stayed at this property for a month with our two dogs and absolutely loved it. The location was amazing and having access to a yard in a very busy city area was a lifesaver. The hosts were very responsive and were able to help us with whatever came up the same day. The guesthouse was very clean and comfortable. When we come back we will definitely stay again!
We had a great stay at this property. This was an excellent location. Walking distance to Piedmont park and other attractions. Unit was clean and as described. The host was responsive to questions. Private parking was a huge pro as well.
I want to be honest to make better for next tenant. It was a great stay with few minor frustrations. The kitchen cupboards need going through to remove broken wooden handle steak knives, rusty cookie sheets, old plastic containers & bags of bags in kitchen & laundry. Does not make the place feel fresh to me.Make sure everything is there that is specifically listed on website. I was getting ready to go out, took a shower, and then couldn’t find the hair dryer. I contacted them to find out where it was. I was told I would have one the next day. The place was very nice, appliances were great! Loved location for walking our dog, beautiful neighborhoods and parks! Loved having private secure off street parking and little fenced back yard for dog. Despite those things, we will return again!
My daughter and her dog stayed at this property for an extended time for an internship in Atlanta. We wanted a location in Midtown that was safe and had off-street parking, which this guesthouse was perfect for. The parking is gated, and the owner supplies you with a clicker and gate code. The property was clean, quiet, and within walking distance of many restaurants and Piedmont Park. There were spaces available surrounding the area for her to take her dog out. The owners were very responsive and fulfilled her requests. If you're looking for a place to stay in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, look no further!
VRBO pre screens their reviews and will not allow me to post a detailed review. So, all I can say is unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. It may have been a one time occurance but the owner handled it terribly. Hopefully, VRBO will post the pictures I have attached. Owners of these properties should be held accountable for their homes to be cleaned for EVERY person that pays to stay there. Sometimes things fall through the cracks and maybe this was one of them, but again, handled poorly.
The property was exactly as described. The location was convenient to the places we visited (aquarium, zoo, Six Flags). Proximity to stores like Trader Joe’s, Target and IKEA was great. The neighborhood was very walkable with gorgeous old homes and trees. The only trouble I had was getting the dog to focus on going potty on our walks instead of being distracted by all the squirrels and all the other people with their dogs walking. The dedicated parking spot next to the property and behind a gate was very nice.
I had a great stay here! The location was close to restaurants and cute streets to walk the dog through. Felt very safe and the gating parking was a plus! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
We moved from LA and it was too hard to try to find a home remotely so we have ourselves a month in this VRBO to get settled in Atlanta. The owners were so accommodating to our needs (showing up outside the check-in window, little kids, etc.). The place was perfectly laid out for our family and never felt tight. It's convenient to everything. We accidently mixed their towels with ours and been meaning to return them but they haven't said a peep. Really kind people and we'll return the towels soon.
I stayed here for a month while looking for more permanent housing here, and it was an amazing month because of it. You can walk to nearly anything you want, but the apartment is so nice you could stay inside all day as well. Any amenities you could need are provided. I will be recommending this spot to family or friends that come to visit.
My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay at this property in Midtown. It was very clean, and nicely updated. This property is short walk from restaurants, stores, Piedmont park, and more. The queen bed was comfortable although the wood framing around it took a bit to get used to. We appreciated that the unit had a nice washer and dryer off the kitchen, and enjoyed the snacks the owners provided upon arrival. We can whole hearted recommend this property, and would certainly try to stay there again when we return to Atlanta.

Great location, a little noisy
This is a great location if you want to be near the park and restaurants/shops. However, be aware that you will hear all the street noise, the garage door opening, people in the alley, etc. The unit has a great layout and lots of room. I especially appreciated the laundry room, coffee maker, and private parking. The dresser in the bedroom was missing, which was a bummer, but they added a desk which was great for working. The stairs to the place are a little uneven, so need to be careful. Overall, great place to stay.
Place is as described. Great location and neighborhood to walk around. The only thing I want to suggest is maybe put a small bedside lamp on the bed. Owners are close by for any help needed.
My family and I stayed at Meghan's place and had a wonderful time. Location was amazing as it was within walking distance to alot of nice coffee shops and restaurants. You also get your own private parking spot which is a bonus for the area. We loved the fully equipped kitchen and the washer and dryer in the unit as we have young children with us. Meghan was super generous with lending us her double stroller so that we don't have to rent it. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Atlanta. Thanks Meghan!
Very clean, which I love. Enjoyed snacks available after flying from California and had not had a chance to get to Trader Joe’s. Good thing I packed my own bottle of wine ! Owner readily available by phone, wish they had basic cable for TV.
This location worked nicely for us. We were not familiar with Atlanta at all. It was located in a residential area, just a block and a half from Peachtree St which had many dining options and lots of pedestrian traffic, in large part due to close proximity to a university. We walked to dinner each evening, to the Margaret Mitchell House and the MARTA Midtown subway station. The apartment is very nice. It's above a garage, and has it's own parking space, although we didn't know that initially because we never received email instructions from the host, so we almost got a parking ticket while trying to find someone to let us in. Fortunately someone was home and I was able to move our car before the officer wrote the ticket. Bonus: On the second night we discovered the apartment did have a microwave -- it's under one end of the island counter.

Ok place
It was nice having a kitchen. There were no light-weight blankets. It was quiet because they put in a window unit that made good white noise. The air conditioning was not cooling sufficiently when we arrived. The owner installed the window unit quickly.
Meghan and her husband were generous and welcoming hosts! We took our daughter and friend to Atlanta to attend a concert at Piedmont Park. The location is just a short walk to the park and several eating and shopping places. It’s a very beautiful area and it has its own parking place, which is nice for a place in Atlanta! The guest house was clean and they provided offer along with a few snacks and plenty of towels. I would recommend this guest house as a place to stay away from home.
