Bedroom 1: Queen bed, new split air conditioner, shelves for clothes. Bedroom 2: treliche, new split air conditioner, shelves for clothes. Living room: two-bed mattress, ceiling fan, new Split, extendable table with 4 chairs. Conjugated kitchen and toilet. External area attached to the house, with barbecue in masonry, tank, clothesline. Close to market, butcher shop, pizzeria, ice cream shop, shops etc. A 12-minute walk to the beach, through fully cobbled streets. Situated in a condominium endowed with security, caretaker, porters and electronic gate, fence all around.
